Hi yoshinoya,I would like to share my story with you that happened when I had my lunch there a few weeks ago.Me and my friends had our lunch at your robinson's galleria branch,It is not our first time to eat there but I think on that day, the customers volume went up unexpectedly,The lines were long,but the crew are accomodating and they assist customers real fast.But I think due to the high volume of customers one of our orders was served late, I ordered chicken ramen and it almost took 15mins before it was served, one of your crew I don't know if it is a regular crew, he was wearing a different uniform than the others or maybe it was intended for male staff. I saw one in pink and others in black, but he was wearing a gray shirt he had a name tag but I didnt notice his name.anyway at first he excused himself and asked for our remaining orders after that he excused himself and said that he will follow up our order.But for 3 mins he didn't come back so I decided to go to one of your staff to refund the said order.But the man in gray served me with my order chicken ramen and I said that I already asked one of your crew to refund my order but he said, "is that what happened ma'am? then I would like to offer you this chicken ramen for free and I will give back your refund, again we sincerely apologize for the delay, since we didn't expect the volume of guests" before he left he asked us if we still need anything, and excused himself. Swiftly he came back with the change but at that moment I realized how good of a service he was giving us. So I decided to change my mind and said no its okay you can take it. He insisted that I should take it since it was their fault in the first place but I didn't get his change back.He said okay ma'am, would you be needing anything else? he excused himself and came back with two tiramisu and again he apologized for what happened and asked us to enjoy our meals and see you guys again.If this would be the service given from all of your branches we wont hesitate coming back to your establishment.Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and please send my regards to whoever that man is, and kindly ask him that I said sorry for being masungit at that time since I was just hungry at the moment.Thank you.Ericka Chua

Whenever we are craving for japanese food, we would go for YOSHINOYA.. Price is way way cheaper than other jap restaurant. The taste of their food is okay, and i love their California maki, for only below 80 we already have our california maki already.. also good thing they have this group meal for 2 which is for me eh good for 1 only... But all in all i would rate 4stars for yoshinoya! :)

I don't know why but I really love their large beef bowl. When I was working before somewhere in Ortigas. Before I went to office. I always go to Yoshinoya either I dined in or take out for lunch. Love their miso soup too. I also tried their shumai and gyosa both are delicious for me. I also tried their dessert coffee jelly.It was one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. Back when I am also assigned in Makati. I really even call for delivery.My husband loves Japanese cuisine but he is not a Yoshinoya fan. Even some of my friends. But for me, I love it here :)

One of my go to restaurants for budget Japanese food. I usually order beef Ramen and tofu steaks. 200php and all worth it. :)

Tasty, tasty beef gyudon and miso soup never fail to make my tongue and tummy  happy. For those clueless times of not knowing where to eat, I go here.

good food, good ambience and very affordable when it comes to their price, ive tried their beef bowl and their chicken also i like their gyoza..planning to eat here again and try their different ramen and their tempura

I ate here one time with pichi last march for lunch... Ambiance was nice, with japanese paintings and the yoshinoya logo. Foodprice was just right for the quantity and quality... I ordered their best seller which is the beef bowl, and it tastes like pinoy beefsteak but with real thin strips of beef. I love that a regular was more than enough to fill my hungry tummy(and I hadn't eaten breakfast yet at the time...) Pichi ordered a couple of gyozas for us and it's so-so for the taste... And he ordered a beef ramen which he said was pretty awesome tooAnother thing that me and pichi love here is their red juice and apple juice- super refreshing :)

Yoshinoya served me bland food when I ate there. I got the beef bowl. I figure I might try a basic dish to get a feel for their flavors. The thing is I got no flavors whatsoever. Next up was their pork katsudon. It did have more flavor but it still did not match up to Yabu or komoro soba. In the end, I still prefer the other two's food.

I like tempura so i ordered bento mix tempura and kani salad as my side dish. taste is too ordinary. my son tried their tempura basket and he doesn't like it, the shrimp is too tin and small with too much flour/bread crumbs. green tea ice cream is quite good same with tiramisu.

I always love their beef bowl and their green tea; it makes my tummy happy after eating here at Yoshinoya. Oh yes before I forget their miso soup is also good, good coffee jelly dessert as well. Will definitely go back here
