With all my friends dieting or hibernating due to the crazy summer heat, I hardly go on food trips myself. *cries* But I knew I was destined to get fatter when the food gods paved the way for me to meet some fun websites. I heard them planning a Quezon City (Tomas Morato) food trip and I couldn’t help but ask if I could tag along. And since the website community is friendly, they said yes. Yay!

Here at the moment. It's a small place but it's cozy and the music playlist is good! Plus the price is cheap and they have caffeinated drinks, non caffeinated drinks and milk tea. They also have pastries and bakes! Ordered the green tea white chocolate cheesecake and it's good. Plus the choco mint milk tea and I didn't know it would work but it did! It's a good place to study and to have a self time :) visit it guys! Visit earlier so that you could be sure of having seats.

Coffee and Tea places are regularly common now, but to think that there is a shop with coffee, tea and MILKTEA in their menu? That's on a whkole other level. Their selection is top notch, with different combinations that may tickle your fancy. I especially liked their Black Mamba Milktea. And not to mention, that their personnel is accommodating and friendly. Its a great place to hang out with your friends before, after or also DURING work.

Yellow Tree Coffee and Tea is a small cafe that is beside Choobi Choobi that houses a carwash at its back, so you can have your meeting while waiting for your car to be washed. As I asked the staff about their specialty, its their milktea or their rock salt and cheese. I saw an interesting item, but it was out of stock at that time, the Cheesy Oreo Foam. So, in that case, we opted to get a latte instead. The cafe latte was the usual milky coffee. It was served in a large mug, a venti sized mug, I think. The coffee they use is 60/40 robusta and arabica, in short a barako blend, which is a good thing. Support local farmers.Dulce de Leche cheesecake. It was a chilled cheesecake with swirls of caramel in a sweet, milky cream layer on top. I like how the creaminess of the cream cheese isn't as stiff as with the usual gelatinized cheesecakes. It was sweet, creamy, and milky. It has the right the right ratio that prevent it from tasting the saltiness of some cream cheese brands. It was perfectly paired with their graham crust, but the crust is better if they added butter to it, not just compressing it. It adds a different note to the flavor.Yellow tree is a very cozy, chill place for working and chilling, especially with a PLDT fiber internet. With simple treats to pair your coffee, its one perfect way to spend the whole afternoon 'at work'.Good ideas start with brainstorming. Great ideas start with COFFEE. - Yellow Tree Coffee & Tea#TheFoodCrawlers

The cafe has about 6 tables with chairs and two long tables with charging ports. Wifi is super stable and fast! They offer some pastries and sweets to go with your hot/cold coffee, hot/cold tea, milk tea, smoothies, yakult tea, fruit teas or frappe.I got a large Blueberry Fruit Tea at 75% sugar. It was good - refreshing with a not too sour burst of blueberry and I think they used black tea. The tea flavor was just right, with a little bitter after taste. If you need a hangout place where they won't kick you out even if you've been there for hours and you're just around the Panay Ave area, this is a good choice. Only problem is the temp. Maybe because it's so hot outside and they gave glass walls, it can get a little warm inside.
