Yangchow Dimsum Tea house offers a variety of Chinese dishes. Ordered Shark's fin dumplings, Yangchow fried rice and Fish Fillet Sweet and Sour. The price range is very affordable and reasonable. Good ambiance and efficient service.

Pretty normal Chinese food. Service is soso as well. You'd expect greater things from this place but the food is rich in msg. Flavorful yes but sort of too salty for some.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The store manager (he's the chubby guy in blue long sleeve shirt with tie) has the same look always -- sleepy, detached, & aloof. With such lack of "leadership", no wonder all the staff have similar attitude. At non-rush hours, all the waiters would mill around the entrance and chat until someone comes in...and go back there to continue chatting!!! You ask for the bill and they will go back there to talk, not anymore waiting for the change so they bring it back to you. TERRIBLE CREW, BAD SERVICE!

I was craving for some Chinese food one night while stuck at C5, so I decided to make a right ato Shopwise to eat at Yang Chow. I ordered the appetizer sampler and White Chicken rice meal. Clearly the latter was a bad choice because the sampler had white chicken. But I was so disappointed that they removed the white chicken from my sampler. I reviewed the menu and it supposed to be there along with the roast chicken, century egg, glazed pork, seaweed (which was replaced by mushrooms). I didn't have the energy to fight it so I just let it be.The service was also below average. There were only a few tables occupied but the waiters keep chit chatting in one corner and not attending to our needs like water or tea refill. Not going back.

Worst customer service ever! Never thought there's such staffs like them. I sweaaar! My boyfriend and I were so hungry at that time that we decided to immediately get inside this restaurant! We've been seated for like 10minutes but no menu on our table! I decided to get the attention of one the crew but it seems that he's pretending that he haven't seen me calling him. See how frustrating it was! My boyfriend noticed that I'm really annoyed and up for a fight since we've been there for more than 15minutes already. He decided to approach the staff on the next table who's getting the used plates. She told him that she'll just get the menu and she'll be back. So we waited for another 5minutes but no menu still! I really can't take it anymore that I decided to leave! We wasted 30minutes for nothing! Imagine that! I will never ever try this branch again! Ever!!!!

Nope.Whatever positives their food offered was offset by the service. Unsmiling, inattentive, and even sort of dismissive.What do they put in the sauces to make it so goopy?? Starch?? Flour?? I don't understand.Come here if you want something quick, and even then just order the dimsum, or the golden fried chicken.

Jghomesafe frm fishermall. Something went wrong earlier -.- habang kumakaen kami ng dinner ng family ko sa dim-sum restaurant may napansin pokong ‪#‎uod‬(worm) sa rice ko ! Tapos nung pinakita ko sa isa sa mga crew yata ng store bigla nyang kinuha yung rice ko kaya diko na na-picturan yung rice . Nakakadismaya lang . Ang mahal ng food nila pero wala silang food safety. Dina tuloy namin tinuloy yung pagkaen at nasayang lang yung mga natira. Shinare ko lang para po sa mga mahilig kumaen dun. Huehuebels bumaliktad yung sikmura ko -.- wag po sana manyari sa iba. First time pamandim namin kumaen dun tas ganto pa yung nanyari .

I had a bad experience here in this restaurant.  The service is very poor.  It took them almost 30 minutes just to serve my order of Wanton Noodles.  I am done eating my Hakaw and Siomai + a bottle mineral water which they served after 15 long minutes of waiting. I follow up my order to the waiter 3 times he just look at me and walk towards to the other table as if i don't exist.  Table next to me (4 of them) had same experience.  So when my noodles was served the soup is not hot anymore, its lukewarm. I didn't finish eating it.  Its good that I am not in a fighting mood that time I just keep my temper, just CHILAX, after I paid my bills i hurriedly leave the store and go straight at MC Donald's Blue Ridge Katipunan. to have my Cheeseburger, French fries and Banana Float which they served with a big smile.

The food is good specially birthday noodles and fried pork intestine but i can taste too much MSG that's why i feel dizzy after eating. Service is fast bit pricey compare to other chinese restaurant. I will return here perhaps not that soon i hate that feeling of dizziness due to MSG.

Good food but bad customer service. Staff didn't wait for us to ask our bill, instead gave it while we were still eating our food. Their signage says that they are open til 11pm, but they did not accept customers who came by 10:15 P.M.
