The Katsu set with Pork Tenderloin was every bit delicious. I enjoyed the unlimited refill of white/brown rice, the cabbage, miso soup and the fruits. They also offer tasteful sauces that you can make yourself. My favorite was the Wasabi sauce with mayo!!! I couldn’t get enough. Would definitely come back and commend this place to a friend!!

This is your standard yabu branch, just had their katsudon and it was up to their usual standard. They did however forget to give me my fruit that's supposed to come with my meal. I also tried their agedashi tofu, and it quite liked it, the breading was definitely more substantial than others.

Yabu remains to be my favorite Tonkatsu joint despite having tried several local and global chains here and abroad. My family has been coming to this branch for years and quality as well as service would always be topnotch.

The place has always been packed because of their big servings and set meals. We love their unlimited cabbage and lettuce. However the 2+2 drinks didn't allow us to order 4 different flavors. Nonetheless, we always enjoy Yabu.

The MEAT QUALITY has DETERIORATED. Those who knows and tasted fresh meats would know even if it's fried and thickly breaded. Not only it smells and tastes old it has too much fats.So disappointed. Perhaps people are lining up for the unlimited soup rice cabbage and dessert. BUT it would actually be wiser to buy your own fresh meats and fry it. It's not worth the price. Sadly its overpriced. The staff are very though but sadly the food is bad! The salad and wakame appetizer are good. Even the oysters doesnt taste fresh and too much batter. The dressings are still good.

Yabu is literally our default go-to place when we are craving for Katsu.Though recently there times that the meat tastes a bit old, but most of the time the quality is quite good. They offer refillable soup, cabbage, rice and fruits.For those who don't like white rice, you can request for brown rice instead. But Japanese rice is still the best with katsu.

They are consistent with the quality of their katsu, whether it's hire (no fat), rosu (with trimming of fat), menchi (minced meat), and Japanese-style curry. For this visit, I tried their Rosu Katsu Curry Set and the coating was crunchy as always. Meat was reasonably tender and the miso soup, cabbage, and watermelon were at par to expectations. I also loved the brown rice option!

This place has good service! There was a queue when we ate here, but the staffs were efficient, attentive, and nice. Ordered the combination of pork and salmon. The pork was dry and bland, good thing the sauce saved it. The salmon was good with sauce too, but not on its own. My companion was happy with his order: chicken cutlet curry 🍛

Yabu has been one of my favorite go to place if I'm craving for comfort food. The consistency of Rosu pork is always on point, the generous amount of cabbage, the steaming hot miso soup and rice is always what I look forward to. Another favorite is the Rosu Curry - the curry sauce is good and I love how we can customize even the spicy level.Service was good, the staff we're attentive even when it was on full house.

From what I recall this is the first Yabu branch I have eaten at. When you order a set, they give you the option which kind of rice you like, the delicious white rice or the healthy brown rice. I opted for the latter but regretted it. Good news they allow you fo change after you have consumed your initial bowlz
