They advertise their lunch rate at 788, but you actually pay around 870 because they haven't included the VAT. It's okay to omit the service charge, but when advertising/displaying prices, it must show the total price including the VAT. Not doing so is actually illegal, even if you put in fine print such as "VAT not included"Anyway, while I enjoyed eating in Vikings, I'm still not sure if the price is worth it. The first time I went to a buffet I remember eating until I felt sick. Now, I just eat "normally", sticking with foods I know I like. Maybe I'll try something new here and there, as long as I won't be too full to the point that I'd feel sick. If you have a really big appetite, you will surely get your money's worth but if not, you can have an excellent meal somewhere else for less.Anyway, here are the things that I like about Vikings:chuck eye roll - DELICIOUS (the lechon was nice too)shabu-shabu - I personally skip the noodles and just fill the bowl with meatballs and sausages. You don't get a lot of hot food here, so if you want something piping hot while you eat, make sure you get one! They'll even deliver the soup with a mini gas burner so it'll stay hotdrinks - prices of beverages are usually jacked up in restaurants, so drinks are one of the things that you can take advantage of. Some people recommend just drinking water when eating in a buffet so you don't get filled up easily, but I tend to enjoy eating more with a delicious drink so I highly recommend drinking what you like. I'm sad they don't have a Milo slushie the last time I went, but I still enjoyed my usual watermelon juice, Pepsi Max and beer.coffee - I know I should have included this in 'drinks' but I just feel like giving coffee a special spotlight. I literally have been awake for more than 24 hours the last time I had lunch here, so coffee was the first thing that I had in Vikings that day. I just wish there were bigger cups available--- Limbo ---desserts - I decided to place this in limbo. I liked the desserts a lot (I usually only have chocolate cake, crepe and ice cream) but when I ask other people how they find the desserts they always say it's so-so---------------Here are the things that I don't like about Vikings:inconsistent taste of food - The first time I went here, the beancurd roll, turkey and chicken skewers tastes really amazing, so I was disappointed when I came back. The beancurd roll tasted unremarkable, the chicken skewers tasted a lot different and the turkey was dry and had a slight fishy after taste. slow refills - I'm not really sure if the refills are slow or the people just swipe the food off the table really fast. The sushi/sashimi station, tempura and baked oysters get empty quickly.tables - I know they want to fit in as much customers as they can, but I just wish they space out the tables more

Vikings really went downhill. Selections were abysmal and not up to value with the price. No seafoods and good cut of meats. They all blamed the supplier, like, they didn’t have time to get stock from other sourcss and still charge the same rate. Even the cook in the meat section was very unfriendly and just demanded the plate to be put down so he can put the meat. Meat was full of tendon and was cut thinly! You only have chuck eye in your selection and it should be cooked and sliced thick! Furthermore, they do not proactively refill the selections and will be need to be asked before doing anything. Wont be coming back to this branch and franchise. I suggest go to a hotel buffet at the same price range.

Good selection of food. I liked their meat selection and their desserts as well. Japanses selection is also a must try. Another plus is their beer is also included in the buffet price!

Although this branch is not one of the premium Vikings restaurants, I have to commend the quality and variety of dishes they offer. They have almost the same selection as NIU but with a more affordable price probably possible with less luxurious ingredients. My favorite part is their dessert table. They have more choices the MOA branch and they even bring out new desserts midservice. I recommend the Mango Graham in the shot glasses. They have run out fast!!

Always love the wide variation of dishes in this place. The place also gives you a Spiral (Sofitel) feels when you dine here. The floorings are slippery. The foods are always refilled.
