Uncle Cheffy was quite a surprise for me, especially their Lamb Sisig. Must try!We also ordered Memphis Ribs and Pasta Arabiatta. It was a fulfilling lunch.

We tried their pizza and pasta. Budget is ok. Their serving plate though was really for 1 person. Haha. Nevertheless, if you are craving for a super thin pizza, drop by here.

Once considered a novelty restaurant, it hasn't lost its charm yet despite its expansion. Best dishes to try would be their plate of ribs, it's good value for Money ribs because of how large the servings are compared to its price. It's not the best ribs in town but it's pretty decent for its price. The pizza roll is still the main attraction though, combining the indulgent dish that is pizza it balances the guilt with the fresh filling that it is rolled with. Truly a dish worth imitating.

The food was great and super delicious. I didn't expect that the servings also were big even if it's a small version of it. Very nice! Love the jenny salad with salmon on it. And the tuile pasta. I'll come back to try other dishes and also the eat all you can. Hehe.

Uncle Cheffy is always crowded probably because it is strategically located in the heart of Centris.I don't frequent the place but have dined with friends several times already. So far, I don't recall having been disappointed in any of those times.Good food, fair enough for the price.

I used to really like Uncle Cheffy before & have even celebrated my birthday one time in its Eastwood branch. Later, I noticed the quality declined especially when they started having those order-all-you-can promos. Anyways, I ordered panizza in this branch for our Christmas party. While I am not exactly exhilarated with the brand anymore, I still find their panizzas good.Staff was good granting my request to pick-up the panizza at a specific time.Taste - 3.5Value for Money - 3Service - 4Ambience -2.5

When you think of pizza and pasta .. Uncle Cheffy wouldn't be on top of your list right ? Well , there are plenty of reasons why you should consider ... they serve brick oven pizza served with fresh greens and dip! it's a different kind of pizza experience , we had to order Hawaiian flavor since I'm dining with my nieces and it's hard to feed kids... they like familiar taste and flavor :) and so spaghetti was on our list , we had Spaghetti Alejandro ,surprisingly my niece liked it :) my sister ordered carbonara ( be sure to specify if its regular or for sharing ) it was pretty good .. The cream sauce has the right consistency , the saltiness of the bacon bits blended well with the sauce. my other niece only eats chicken so we tried roasted chicken Maurino , it's like adobo but a lot sour than sweet.

Bim and I were scouting a joint, preferably where I can use my brand-new PWD card. I remember the salad in Uncle Cheffy. Bim, scrimping as usual, decided to order quesadillas from Soya Bar and just eat it with me at Uncle Cheffy. I ordered the Lovely Jenny salad with green apple slices and arugula. I also ordered the seafood paella. Both items were good to share. Lucky Bim. When Bim arrived, he noticed a sign saying you can't bring outside food in, so I told the waiter if we can have the order to-go. He asked why and I pointed at the sign. He said it's a shame if we have to leave just because, so he allowed Bim to eat his food! Now, that's customer service. The salad was excellent but the paella was short of being spectacular. Customer service is topnotch. And I got to use my PWD card for the first time.

Because we were craving for panizza, I, my boyfriend, and some friends decided to dine at Uncle Cheffy. When we got there at around 5pm, we thought it was closed because there were no other customers but people started pouring in by 6pm.After going through the menu, we ordered the following:Pumpkin flower soup with shrimp (junior). Very creamy and tasty. Super loved this one!Uncle cheffy salad - crispy pork belly, asparagus, potato and mesclun in dijonaise dressing. This was good for sharing and I like the addition of the crispy pork belly to the greens. It was a balance between healthy and unhealthy for me. :pCheese, cheese and cheese panizza - mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, gruyere, blue cheese, herbs and virgin olive oil. I am so happy that we ordered this one because I love cheese! I just thought that they counted the arugula leaves served because there were few. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the panizza.Beef medallion "steak tagalog" - 120g, topped with kesong puti with green mango and tomato salad. This one was quite heavy. Eating one piece readily filled me. The meat was just a little dry for us.Steak and pasta - a combination of fillet mignons and penne arrabiata with gratinated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Another heavy dish, I guess because of the combination of carbs and protein. My biggest concern on this dish is the P20 cost for the extra parmesan cheese I requested.Overall, it was a good dining experience. The place is good for groups of friends or families -- it's casual, relaxing, and food is good for sharing. Staff are efficient and courteous as well.

I tried cheese, cheese, and cheese panizza, and steak and cheese. The toppings of the panizza were really good. I wished there were more toppings though. My bf and I went there one late afternoon and were greeted by the music of the Script. Being a fan, I immediately liked the place. Aside from that, the waiters were accommodating.I would keep coming there if it weren't for the price. But being far from crowded areas, it's somewhere I would visit to hang out or chill. If you like good food sans the crowd, this is a place you can try.
