It's okay. Not real panizza but it makes a decent effort. The food in general lacks taste and flavor. We ordered:- vongole: super dry and tasteless, we had to send it back to the kitchen for a do-over, - the grilled shrimp and pomelo salad (4 measly pcs of shrimp) which also lacked taste so we had to ask for more dressing which turned out to be oil- uncle cheffy favorites pizza : just okay- salmon carpaccio - goodAll my points go to the service which was terrific, attentive, friendly and accommodating.

I don't understand how one branch's service is different from the other. Like, when we first tried Uncle Cheffy, we had it at Alimall, Cubao (when they still had a branch there). To be honest, the food was actually good and everything was served hot and fresh. The utensils are also well-washed and the staff were nice. We enjoyed our food that time so, we opted to come back if ever we had the chance. And that chance came, we had another Uncle Cheffy foodventure (in another branch, I forgot where but they already closed down), we began to order and when the food came out it was cold and old (what's up with that?) We returned the dish but they gave it back the same way, microwaved I think. The chinas and glassware had a lot of watermark and the staff were sooooo snob! I got pissed that time, really. The place seemed a bit old too, not because of the interior, maybe because they haven't kept the place neat. When we're about to get the bill, one staff noticed I was hand-signing the "bill", I mean who wouldn't notice? We were the only ones eating that time but just ignored me. I had to stand up and get the bill myself from the counter. Ugh, very irritating!

My boyfie and I were looking for a restaurant that would suffice my cravings in an affordable price at Eastwood yesterday. I was really craving for some beefy lunch. We went round and round the place till we reach the end. Literally, Uncle Cheefy is at the end of the restaurant of Eastwood. Probably one of the reason why few people dine in here. I checked the menu first and was surprised that the prices were somehow affordable. You wouldn't think of the low price because the interior of the restaurant will seem to have an impression of expensive. When we went inside their premises, the crew were very attentive of us. They immdiately fixed our tables, chairs, plates and utensils. After some time, my boyf has finally decided what to eat. His was Steak and Pasta mine was the New England Pot Roast Beef with extra rice of course hahaha. The crew asked my boyf his preffered way of how the steak will be cooked. The crew recommended us the well-medium? Not sure. I was telling him to cook it medium rare but the crew said it would still be bloody. After 15 mins (which was very fast btw) i was happy that the serving was big enough for the two of us. Steak and Pasta looked really yummy and it was! I was looking for the fatty part of the steak though. Haha. My Roast Beef was amazingly yummy too. I had to put hotsauce to maximize its taste. Yum yum yum. I will not give a perfect score though. I wanted to try Uncle Cheffy where many people dine so I could see how they could attend to their customers during pick hours. :) Happy with our experience with them though! Good job Uncle Cheffy!(Low quality pic...sorry)

Uncle cheffy offers one of the best brick oven pizza in town. Their cheese pizza is very good. Their back ribs is also delicious. The meat is so tender that it rips itself from its bone. Flavorful ribs. Definitely worth having any time of the day.

Good food! And my god, their panizza! To start with, I'm really picky when it comes to pizzas. No matter how popular they are, if I don't like it, I won't pretend I do. But Uncle Cheffy's Panizzas are really my new favorite! I feel like they just get me, particularly with the cheese. Just perfect for my taste. But aside from the panizzas, the other food we ordered were just okay, even my boyfriend and cousins said so. Or maybe I was just really REALLY into those panizzas that no food that night can compete.

Panizza is a good idea when eating here. We tried the Uncle Cheffy's Favorite Panizza. Three cheese Brick Oven Panizza with oven dried tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, anchovy, basil and chili flakes. It's served with lettuce, alfalfa & tomatoes on the side. It was good! No meat, just healthy but delicious stuff! The crust was really thin but was soft enough to be rolled and the cheese was gooey! The way it was served was also interesting - laid flat in a thick wood block (I would say). I guess what I liked more was the way it's supposed to be eaten - all rolled up! Kinda have an inclination towards Samgyupsal style eating. We also tried their Spaghetti Alejandro which was Spanish inspired. It had some smoked chorizo, pimientos and Edam cheese in a tomato based sauce. A bit sour, but it was good. Pasta was al dente and the tomato base had a fresh note to it shying away from the usual canned versions. And the Edam cheese - really tasty! I remember it was the same cheese I use now a days for my tuna pasta just because we have some left over from the holidays in the form of a ball (in short Quezo de Bola)!

I like the pizzas in uncle cheffy. Not just for the taste but for their uniqueness. Aside from that I don’t have much likings for their food. Everything seems to be just your common fare. But they do serve good food though.

They had this unli chicken and pork cracklings for only 199 it was great... you have 2 options for chicken either fried or grilled.  Then you have choices for your dipping sauce sarsa ni mang tomas, barbecue sauce and ketchup.. so for starter we tried the sarsa then i tried the barbecue sauce and i loved it.  They also offer buffet but then we were so full that we did not even contemplate.  Good food, great location wonderful ambience.  Definitely something that i would recommend.  we didnt get pics because we were so busy eating....Feb 5, 2016. My friends were craving for chicken adn I recommended Uncle Cheffy because, I had such a great time last time I was there.  To my disappointment they no longer have the table where you get to serve yourself with their unli chicken and calamares hence they will serve it to you.  I asked the waiter why? and he said because they are trying to avoid leftovers.  The concept here people is eat all you can (UNLI) people who go to your place definitely knows that there should be no leftovers.  I got so pissed off. I felt embarrassed because I was the one who convinced my friends to go there.  Last time I was there I gave it 4 stars, I take it back.. I gave it 1 star actually they do not deserve any!!!!!

Cheffy steak was good, but the sauce was a bit spicy, though. (I don't like spicy foods.) Seafood lovers panizza was good, too. Bonus is that you can roll it or tear a piece off to easily eat it.

Our 9yr old son is a picky eater, but after eating here a few weeks ago, he hasnt stopped telling us how he love the ribs. We've had him try other ribs but this, according to him, is his favorite. So here we are, my wife and i, dining at uncle cheffy, ordering the ribs that the waiter cautioned us as good for 4. We have all the intentions of eating but a few and having the rest as to go. A special request from our kid, he wants the ribs as his packed lunch for his field trip tomorrow.
