In celebration of New Year, my family and I, along with our relatives spent our after dinner party at UCC Banawe. It's already a staple since I was young to drop by at UCC (Yes! UCC Talaga cause the Titas and Titos love this coffee place) for our after parties. My cousins and I are always excited to go here cause we can order ANYTHING we want without having to pay anything haha YEY! Just a quick info on UCC, UCC is a top coffee and tea manufacturer in Tokyo. UCC introduced the World's first canned coffee. They were also the ones to commercialized home brewed coffee way back. This company really had a lot of achievement and recently, last 2015 they just opened a UCC Coffee Academy in Tokyo. This brand is trustworthy and is know in the world to produce excellent tasting coffee.My mom worked in Japan for a few years in the past and I remember her bringing home a lot of UCC coffee beans in packs and in boxes whenever she arrives back in PH. UCC really played a huge part in my childhood and no wonder I keep coming because of the good memories it reminds me of.This 2017, I got to try the ff:🍲 Cream of Mushroom P180 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Fresh and Creamy Soup Filled with Hearty Chopped MushroomsIt was my first time to try their mushroom soup. I really enjoyed it cause it had huge chunks and bits of mushrooms that you can actually eat. They didn't blend the mushroom with the cream so the texture is nice. It isn't too salty as well. Just the perfect mushroom soup!🍷Iced Coffee P170 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ucc Signature Iced CoffeeI'm not a coffee drinker so I don't really have a grasp of what's a good coffee. I like mine always sweet so I usually ask for an extra serving of sugar syrup. Ucc's coffee is more on the bitter side which I think most coffee drinkers enjoy, still enjoyed it though. 🍞 Hokkaido French Toast P220 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Japanese Style Milk Bread French Toast with a choice of Ham and Cheese, Spam and Cheese or Bacon & EggAhhh. My cousins and I love this. We order this every single time we go to UCC cause it's just a great comfort food for breakfast. 🍰Cheescake & Tiramisu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I was surprised with the cheescake which isn't the usual cheescake in cake slice form. Haha! I just love how the saltiness of the cream blended well with the 'graham' cookie part. The tiramisu on the otherhand is very light and comforting! UCC Really did a great job in perfecting their menu. It's like everything I order wouldn't disappoint. I may give some 4 stars or less but that's just because it might not be my preference in terms of saltiness or sweetness, but in the overall character/ presentation/ pureness in taste of the food they serve, high quality- I can always give them a 5 stars.

Very cozy place to get work done and serves good yummy coffee. They have really good food selections as well. I enjoyed their spaghetti and meatballs and had Hokkaido spam for take out!

Ordered salted caramel cake and the iced cafe au lait. I love UCC actually, don’t get me wrong but this branch had a few things to improve. When I sliced the cake, there seemed to be a blue thread inside, quite small but looked inedible. Good thing I always examine my food visually. The staff replaced the cake. Taste wise however, it did not feel like salted caramel like but plain chiffon cake :(The restrooms too were not clean. It was unkept and ill maintained. I may go back to this branch because of its location, but it won’t be my top of mind UCC branch, because of cleanliness issues.

Poor, no, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Okay sana yung food but dude Id rather spend more money for restos which can cater to customer’s needs nicely. They are rude sobra. I stayed there to study and I know they knew I had colds kasi parati kong di tinututok aircon sakin and then thrice nya tinutok sakin. I kinda have a feeling she (the waitress) doesnt want me to stay there so I billed out. Sorry but I HIGHL DONT RECOMMEND THIS

I gave this place two stars because I had a bad experience during my first and second visit. During my first visit, the staff were very grumpy, would always be straight-faced and were very surly. I gave them a second chance by still visiting today, quite a few months from my first visit, but either way my experience did not change at all. And when someone politely ordered coffee, one of the waitress shouted "ah oo kape!". Even if this was a frequent customer or not, they shouldn't act this way. They would always stare at you in a very offending way which makes you lose your appetite. In my opinion, the place would be worth visiting if they would change the way their staffs deals with customers.

Went here for a meeting today. Food is great except for the place. First thing I smelled when I went inside - place smells like cigarette even if there's an area for smokers. Second thing - staff were not friendly. Poor service. Lastly, washroom was a mess. Go to Trinoma branch instead. 🤗

UCC Tomas Morato is a great place to hang out. The place is HUGE (2 stories), there's loads of parking, and it's nice and quietOrder again: I really liked the katsudon, the sauce and breading was done expertly. Get the chicken instead of the pork though, so that there's less fat. The Ube macapuno cake is also really good!Will not order again: Shiitake lengua omurice - each of these elements were really good on its own (eg lengua was super soft), but I found it a bit overwhelming when put altogether...
