website's online delivery service is an app feature that is growing in popularity among diners in Metro Manila. It was raining last night, and I didn't feel like cooking. So I took out my smartphone, launched the app, and had my order sent and confirned within minutes.PROS▪ No more driving through horrendous Manila traffic during rush hour.▪ No more walking in rainy weather and flooded streets.▪ No more stress from choosy taxi drivers, excessive taxi fare and surge pricing.▪ No need to change out of my comfy PJs. I can have a decent dinner in the privacy of my own home, sitting on my comfy and spacious couch, in front of the flatscreen TV.CONS▪ The delivery guy did not bring change. Note to self: prepare the exact amount for payment.That night, our Spring Chicken Solo rice meal and Double Double Cheeseburger arrived 18 minutes earlier than expected. The roast chicken was still (slightly) warm and juicy, and my double beef patty burger wasn't half bad.

Went here yesterday between 9:30am-10:30amOrdered a Mais Con Yelo to relieve some stress from work and the heat. Expecting the Mais Con Yelo to taste sweet because of my previous experience from another Tropical Hut branch. The Taste was rather poor, very very poor, it's like putting water, corn, little bit of sugar and some milk to make it a bit white. You can only taste the milk and corn but not the sweetness that comes from the sugar. It was like drinking plain milk with no sugar. Since I don't want to ruin the reputation from the place itself, I rather give a bad rating online. This was also the same with the Halo-Halo, there's no sugar or rather the same with Mais Con Yelo, all ingredients are there except the sugar that sweeten the taste of the product.Next time that I go there and they still don't put sugar in there, i will complain about it. At first I thought it was an accident so i didn't complain about it since people makes mistake sometimes but next time i order either Halo-Halo or Mais Con Yelo, I will demand to give me a new one with added ingredients for the failure that they have done.This is the first time i complain about a restaurant online since I eat at Tropical Hut twice a week in Concepcion I Marikina when it was still open ever since i was a child (im 21 now so it was a very very long time).

Before my breakfast here at tropical hut  is hamburger meal - has 2 eggs plus tasted bread and a burger patty that comes with a free juice and coffee, now (alternately) their Big Shot Breakfast is more heavier. serve with juicy beef patties with gravy and mushroom on top, omelet, shanghai roll and fried rice goes along also with orange juice and coffee. The store sometimes full pack because it is conveniently located near MRT cubao station

I got their omelet with 1 piece burger steak. For 129 pesos this was a worth it meal for me, as in a bang-for-your-buck meal! The fact that it comes with orange juice, coffee and garlic rice just sweetened the deal for me.

Our family decided to just have light food for snacks, in preparation for our upcoming dinner feast. We didn't want to walk to the nearby malls so we just settled with the restaurants in Farmers Plaza. After searching the place, we all agreed to dine at Tropical Hut.Jaoey ordered their 1-pc chicken meal. And just like any other fried chicken meal, of course, Jaoey loved it! The chicken was fried to perfection making its skin so crispy yet maintaining a tender and juicy meat.Chino, Gia, and I had an order each of the Cheeseburger meal which already includes regular fries and a drink. Their burgers are very juicy, meaty, and flavorful and goes perfectly well with the melts-in-your-mouth cheese and semi-sweet buns.Mommy had their Chicken Sandwich meal (Php 85.00) while Daddy had their Double Double Burger meal. Both meals also come with regular fries and drink. Just like the cheeseburgers, Daddy's double double burger was equally delectable. It had the same beef patty and cheese, just doubled, plus some crunchy fresh lettuce, cucumber, and tomato slices to add texture to the dish. It's his favorite order every time we dine at Tropical Hut. :D Their chicken sandwich, though I haven't tried yet, are also my parents' favorites. Tropical Hut is one of the very few fast food chains that my Daddy loves and approves of, which the whole family has also come to love. Tropical Hut's burgers (the cheeseburgers, classic, and double double burgers, specifically) and chicken sandwich, plus their macaroni salad which is my personal favorite, are the very reasons why we keep coming back. :)

Tropical Hut is one of the most underrated fast food restaurants in the Metro. The food served, from burgers to breakfast meals to main dishes, are actually flavorful and delicious, that's on top of the adequate to big serving. Talk about great value for money. It is this good quality of the food that people, mainly loyal customers, still visit this branch in Cubao. Hopefully, this branch as well as the other branches will undergo major revival and make over so it could compete with the other more popular and similar restaurants that dominate the fast food scene.Major recommendations as these are my personal favorites: corner beef breakfast meal, fried chicken, spring chicken and stir fried beef.

Sometimes the craving is too strong and I have to come back to Tropical Hut. I always go for their Classic or Double Burger. I was disappointed that they only had ketchup and no mustard bottles. Nothing made me happier than spraying dollops of ketchup and mustard on my burger for a sweet and sour bite. The fries were crunchy, but they did not have as much flavor as I was used to. Still, it helped provide a contrast to the intense flavor of the burger. Not a bad meal overall, but could be much better.

Hawaiian Glee with large softdrinks at 50% off today until 10pm. Burger is still good but not as big as the Classic Burger which is a better value in my opinion. If you want nostalgia, Tropical Hut is here for you to savor.

This store has been here for quite a long time now. It's history. I remember my first spring chicken was a marvel. I think I forgot my name. Eating here most of the time was just another it became just another fast food out there. But there breakfast is sulit sa price. I like to order the corned beef with egg and rice. With the inclusion of coffee or juice. I always take the coffee anyway.

For a quick snack before heading over to the Farmers market. I had a quick breakfast. This branch is just like any other Tropical Hut, the Classic burger is still one of the best around. I ordered the Classic meal with fries and coke. Their burgers are juicy with a nice mix of mayo and ketchup. The branch could be cleaner though.
