Torch is quite a hodgepodge of several cuisines, from steaks to pizza to burgers and sushi. That being said, we were a bit confused on what to order when we dined here. They offered us some hard noodle sticks I think as appetizers as we waited for our orders. We ordered their steak pizza and were surprised at the size of the pie given its price level. The toppings, however, were lacking which could be the reason why they sell it cheap. We also tried their volcano maki. I loved how cheezy and spicy it was. Food for thought though, it doesn't blend well with the pizza as they are both cheesy dishes.

We tried the Seafood Panizza from @torchresto at UP Town Center.Perfect combination of the strong herbal flavor of the greens and the light saltiness of cheese and shrimp.Crust is thin enough to be crunchy and be rolled at the same time.Would definitely come back to try the rest of what their menu can offer.

Nakaka iyak. Di masarap :( lamig na ng food nung sinerve samin lalo na ung parang platter. Pero okay naman ang service. Yung southern fry liempo ba yun? And ung chicken curry parang mas masarap kung magluluto nalang sa bahay. Ang mahal mahal pa huhuhuhu

The staff was very nice and worked fast. And even though the food is expensive, its worth it. I highly Recommend that people who visit try the meat fondue.

This is my 2nd time to dine at this branch. We ordered Volcano roll, Grilled pig belly in bbq sauce and fire roasted hawaiian chicken bbq. Ratings:FoodVolcano roll - 5/5Grilled pig belly - 4/5Fire roasted - 4/5Ambiance - 5/5Price - 4/5Prices would range between 300-500 per single order without drinks.Customer Service - 5/5I’m not really a fan of sweet viands, fire roasted chicken and grilled pig belly have smoky and sweet tastes. I like bbq better when it’s a little salty and sour. Hence rating it as 4/5.The pineapple in the chicken compliments the sweetness. I just added a dash of hot sauce and it tastes good!Volcano roll is superb! A must try!Customer Service is great! Staff are accommodating and attentive. Their store is clean, and they also have toilet inside.Although, it takes a little while for the food to be served, it was still okay as they have set an expectations that food will be served in 20 minutes. So if you’re really hungry that you want to eat right away after ordering, I’d suggest to try here some other time.
