we arrived past 12 and as expected, wait list is sooooo long. I was registered at number 15 but what i liked was we only waited like 20mins. i dunno maybe just my luck cos its my birthday?! anyway, I enjoyed cooking my meal at my own pace. the food was delicious and not pricey even if the fambam dined here on a weekend and valentines day. only flaw i can see is the lack of food variety or choices maybe because the place was not too spacious unlike the one in Eaton, Centris and the fish wAs cut too thinly that it just break into pieces while cooking.verdict: food - delicious, ambiance - good, price - jay friendly (affordable), food choices - not too many. overall, its a thumbs up.must try - shabu shabu, all sausages, maki sushi!!!

My college buddy suggested Tong Yang at SM Fairview for our get together because she recalled paying 300+ per person only when she with her family ate there. But we realized that it was the lunch buffet rate. The rate for weekend dinner buffet is 445 which is still okay and added 65 for unlimited drinks. For our soup, we chose sinigang broth and added different kinds of vegetables, noodles, chicken and squid balls I think hence our sinigang-nilaga-chopsuey-tinola noodles :)))) I specifically liked the grilled beef so juicy and flavorful, grilled squid, siomai and avocado ice cream. Overall it was okay puro seafoods and vegetables haha! I wanted more meat and dessert selections pa sana. The service is great! Sir Rodel is always ready to attend my requests :)

This is cheaper compared to yakimix and vikings but of course expect less. The variety of food is limited. The refills came in too long. It's so crowded (because it's cheap for a buffet) that you just don't want to stand for another turn.

Reasonable price for that kind of buffet. There's some maki's for appetizer and a lot of meat and fish choices for cooking. Plus there is also a variety of vegetables and noodles for the soup. The only problem I have is that when it's lunch or dinner time, there are lots of people. Too much people that refilling the food takes a long time.
