Tokyo tokyo is well known for unlimited rice, tonkatsu & beef misono. I have tried their ramens before and I really liked it so that is what we’ve ordered on our recent visit, seafood ramen & braised pork ramen. We also ordered wagyu burger with potato balls. What I like about tokyo tokyo’s ramen is that you can choose the size of your ramen bowl, snack and regular size. I always choose the snack size because unlike the others’ which has a standard size (and really huge bowl) I do not consume my ramen hehe. Totally satisfied with our meal.

Not much of their Ebi Tempura, shrimps is too small, so i preferred the Chiecken Teriyaki bento meal side with hot miso soup and Gyoza + with signature Red Tea of Tokyo Tokyo. Price is reasonable even students from nearby schools dine in this place.  Service is good, staffs were courteous and attentive.

[1 for the Wagyu Cubes]Their wagyu beef cubes is too processed to be eaten without one's stomach churning afterwards. There's too much extenders and artificial flavoring that it loses the wagyu flavor. Plus, what is the deal with drenching it in sauce by default? So much disrespect, man. The sauce is too salty that we had to roll the beef in the table napkin just to get rid of it.-----Their Miso Soup is pretty good but for most dishes, you have to order it as a separate item. We only go to Tokyo Tokyo when we are craving Ebi Tempura and we are nowhere near Nihonbashitei in Makati. Just stick to the 3-pc. Ebi Tempura as more than that would make the "feel" of the oily batter hard to ignore.

I tried their beef misono that comes with rice and vegetable. It was nice and sweet. However, one can really tell and taste that it is really "fastfood" fare. I guess that is one thing that I do not like about tokyo tokyo, the comparable low quality japanese dishes.

I usually order beef misono upgraded to california roll meal. What I love about tokyo tokyo is the food tastes okay despite being a fastfood diner. It has salad included in the meal which made it better than other fastfood. Rice isn't japanese grain and is not sticky tho it doesn't really matter with regards to the price. The california roll I had this time felt like it was made days ago already... it's taste is average but the roll is a bit damp making it really soggy. All in all the food is still okay and delicious.

Food: 4.0 | Service: 3.0 | Ambiance: 3.0We always eat here and observe that the service is good at times but when it gets crowded, the quality of food suddenly become sub-standard. But overall, the food is really great. I guess the unli rice makes the difference, also affordable for a Japanese cuisine.

We order nothing but beef misono sumo meal here. I really liked the side veggies & the pickled radish (?) and most especially the beef! There are times that it was so tasty & the serving size is shockingly big. It could have been a 5 but their serving of beef misono is inconsistent. Sometimes you will get more than what you expected but sometimes you will be disappointed with the taste and the serving size.

I ordered their wagyu burger and onion rings combo. I was very disappointed because the wagyu burger tasted like one big Jollibee burger patty. The onion rings were as if they were very stale. I guess it is either that I shouldn't have expected too much from a japanese fast food, or that this establishment's food quality has significantly declined over the years.
