Tokyu is my go-to place whenever I crave for sashimi and I am on a budget. Lol. They serve their sashimi fresh. However, there was a time that I ordered their mixed sashimi plate and 2 of the rolls tasted nasty. Obviously, it is spoiled. The rice meals are all too sweet but if you like sweet then go order it. I usually order their tendon (yes, still sweet). Even if I had a bad experience with their sushi roll , I dunno why I still come back. Lol. Most prolly because of the very cheap price and the salmon sashimi ;)

One of the best Japanese cuisine spot in Quezon City. With a very affordable price, you'll have the chance to get your taste buds filled with Japanese goodness. The place is pretty suiting too, not to mention the nice crew and their food handling skills are awesome.
