02142016First time visit. After a soothing thai massage at Nuat Thai we decided to have a dinner first before going home, we wanted to try at Gayuma ni Maria however it will take few walks and we don't want to walk since we just got up from a massage, so we just look for a resto inside the building, we found this small fancy resto at the back of the building. We tried their baby back ribs and brick oven chicken wings and their smoothies.Customer service isn't really good at that time, maybe due to too many people choose to dine since it's Valentine's day that time, we waited too long for the chicken wings, they actually did offer other appetizer due to there still another food in the brick oven, but we said that we're willing to wait for it, it's a good thing they provided an LED TV, our attention was tuned in to the replay of NBA Slam Dunk competition. Their smoothies are good, as well as their baby back ribs, it's affordable too.The ambiance is cool though. But the chef is not cool for scolding everyone in the kitchen. Lol. Too much pressure.Thank God baby back ribs saved the night. Lol. I'll try to get back here still to try their other steak offers but not on a day like Valentine's day. Maybe they could accommodate their customers better.

Food⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ - we Love their Baby Back Ribs! Very flavorful and so tender. You can't go wrong with this baby.👌🏼 Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Worth every penny. *baby back ribs is for sharingService ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Needs improvement. I need to repeat myself in asking for extra rice. Given that there's only 2 table occupied at that time (ours and the one beside us) Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - not spacious enough to just walk around. maybe because they've tried to maximize their small space. ❤️❤️❤️ But in general I would say we will come back because of the food and hopefully the service improves by then 😉👌🏼

A friend recommended me this place.  She said that there is a good steak place located near Maginhawa.  Actually, the building is located in Maginhawa but the restaurant itself is located along Makadios street that's why I haven't noticed this place before. They have an ongoing promo when we went there.  If you order two Wagyu Sirloin Steak with Egg served with House Salad, you get one free.  At first I was hesitant because we were just two but it was a good thing we ordered it because we were able to finish all three meals. The steak was good but honestly, I had better.  The place was small but it was somehow comfortable.  What I liked here was their Chicken Wings.  The sauce was a little thick, it was spicy and sweet.  I loved the dip too.

Exceptional sirloin stake for it's value. However i dont recommend the steak and egg. Hard to chew and lacks taste. 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒

PLACE: ☆-A good place for casual dining and chill out place for foodies with a few alcohol on the side. Its quite narrow on the inside, though. It may not be easy to find when exploring a food place in Maginhawa since it is a bit covered by other establishment along a corner street.SERVICE: ☆☆- Excellent service when we went there. Probably because it was lunch time and most certainly we were the first and only customers for that day. They were accommodating.PRICE: ☆-Not too cheap, not too pricey. I cannot totally say though that you will totally get what you paid for. Not too satisfied with the price.FOOD: ☆☆-We had the Waywurd house salad which was definitely for sharing, coz by the time you finish it, you're already about half full. Then the Wagyu hanging Tenders which was definitely deserves a recommendation! And the Baby back ribs which was tender and juicy, but not the best ribs there is. Pair your meal with their healthy shakes to maximize your Pilgrim food experience.

I like their menu. The food wasn't too savory, the flavors were just right. Pretty affordable, too. What I hated, aside from how narrow the room was, was the open kitchen area. Be ready to reek when you get out. Or you can dine outside.

The restaurant's location is kinda tricky..you will just see the white signage at the back portion of the building..you would notice there's a griller at the front part of their entrance where they grill their ribs, etc... We find the staffs friendly. Their drinks are unique and healthy. We just observed that their food is under seasoned but their presentation is above average. The price is somewhat affordable and good for sharing if you're not a big eater. I hope they could change their cutlery coz i almost bent the fork while slicing the tough sirloin beef!

For my birthday celebration last September 2015, we tried The Pilgrim because my boyfriend is craving for ribs and I was itching to try something new at Maginhawa.First impression: The place is really small and I was very uncomfortable with the space. We had a reservation, but it does not feel like it. I was really pissed with the place and lighting because it was very suffocating. I like that it has a lot of decoration going on, but I think I could only appreciate it if the place was bigger.Next stop, FOOD! We ordered Baby Back Ribs by Mr. T, Bacon Wrapped Prawns, and tried the Omelette Station (Because I really love eggs!!!) where we chose onions and pastrami as fillings. Baby Back Ribs and the prawns were just superb! Cooked to perfection and definitely a must try. The omelette was not that great. I can make a better tasting and trust me, I'm not even a good in cooking. Generous serving though. For our drinks, we ordered Recreate and Rehabilitate. Not the best drinks I've tried. I would rate Recreate 2.5 and Rehabilitate 3.5. Just get the service water. I promise that you won't miss a lot.

Went here on my birthday because I was craving for ribs and I was satisfied with how tender and flavorful on how their meat is cooked. Thumbs up to their unique healthy juices. But the place was kinda complicated and unfinished. Taste- 4Price- 2.5Service- 1.5Ambiance- 1.5

I've always been curious about The Pilgrim. Since I always pass by its building, I always see the signage but I never had the chance to try it until yesterday. Since my friend and I were looking to try something new, we finally decided to give this place a chance. I ordered the Steak and Eggs and for the price, it was value for money! 90 pesos for that? Definitely a steal! I also tried their Rehydrate shake and it was amazing! Apart from that they serve alcohol so for late night hangouts, this is a good place to be. I'll definitely be coming back.
