Food is good but choices are limited. They have a section for breads (mini muffins, ensaymada, mini cinnamon rolls, loaf bread), a section for Asian food (which only has 3 dishes to choose from), a section for the usual breakfast dishes (bacon, eggs, omelettes, waffles), a section for drinks, and a section of fruits and yoghurt. The one section that makes it cute though is the cereal station where you can also see colorful utensils intended for children (and maybe for the young at heart). I may have expected more dishes but the food was good anyway, so still I am satisfied.***Was not able to take pictures as the place is crowded. So enjoy this one picture that I have and say hi to G!:)

Ate here a bunch of times usually for breakfast buffet meetings but twice also for ala carte dinner. The food was okay but I didn't feel the place was anything special. In fact, i kind of thought the place waa being maintained only because the hotel needs them.

When you dine at a hotel cafe you expect to pay a little extra for the ambiance and service. But to pay p180 for a brewed coffee is over the top. A coffee that you can make a home for p5. If it was an arabica bean coffee from an espresso machine, I can understand the price tag. But it was not. The cinnamon roll with pili nuts was big enough to feed a small family, was only p75. So really, don't understand the pricing.

When my boyfriend and I ate here, we felt really relaxed like we were in a very posh home. The food was great, the ambiance even better! The food was as gorgeous as the place! Very Instagram-worthy! Even their hash browns had smiles! :)

Too bad I missed their breakfast buffet for around a Php 1000. So I opted for a mini version of that. I got two dishes for my brunch. Their vegetables curry was like soup. Its like they added water and would explain the runny 'sauce' and really bland taste. It's a bargain though for Php 170 with Basmati rice. The Chicken with Vegetables was done poorly as well. It was spiced well but done in your kitchen type. Garbled up and greasy! While waiting for food a disgruntled customer was also complaining with wait staff. The manager or supervisor didn't even bother to intervene to handle the situation better. The scene made a number of diners uncomfortable.Overall, the experience was not so much hotel like.

Breakfast reviewI haven't been to this resto for ages like more than 3 years. The last time i had breakfast here , i wasn't impressed at all. And now  i was hoping for an improvement after fab underwent renovation but it failed miserably. There is nothing that would make the price tag of 1000 worth anything to eat here. The apple juice tasted like tempra cough syrup, the waffles were cold chewy and blah.  The filipino bread pan de sal wasn't good either, and scrambled eggs were too runny . The serve peanut butter in packets ! Nothing has changed since i last remember. Still the blah food ... Plain and Nothing enticing to eat and the price is totally not worth it.Forego the breakfast buffet (unless it is included in the room rate) and go with toast instead or better still, go to a nearby coffeee shop.

Quiet place. Ordered a club sandwich, which was above average: bacon was crispy, vegetables fresh. Service was quite exceptional. The WiFi speed wasn't anything to crow about, though.

On the day of Rain's birthday, Rina and I picked up our little princess after school, and headed straight to Holiday Inn Galleria Manila for a delicious family lunch. Rain had a long standing invitation from our friends at Holiday Inn to try their food there, so we thought this would be the perfect time to visit.
