A new favorite restaurant in Tomas. | It offers American comfort food like burgers, ribs, steaks etc. | The ambiance is a cabin in the woods fine-dine feels perfect for a date or group night out. | Chicken steak, Pork riblets is a must-try, daily grind angus creation 2 (made of 100% Angus beef) is the bomb| It's a satisfying website experience to eat good food and a very nice ambiance.

I love homey restaurants and this place is exactly what I call homey! I was pretty sad to see that they only got a 3.5 rating on website because I definitely think it deserves more credit. Great lighting, view and overall ambiance! I loved their eggs benedict and the triple C dessert wasn't bad at all. Head out here for a simple lunch out or a snack run! ❤️☺️

Ambiance is great. Crew is very accommodating and friendly. However, I don't think the price is worth the the quality of the food. Nothing really special. The only thing I loved is their iced tea.

Nice place to read a book or just have a nice quiet meal with the family. In general the food seems fair, nothing much to talk about. Service is fast, they refill drinks when they see its half empty. Food choices are few. Will i go back? Maybe, if i want a cozy quiet place. But for a resto that specializes burger; I'll just go and eat at Zarks for their delicious yet affordable burgers or Burgers and Brewskies which has the same price but with tastier burgers/salads.

Usual y have coffee and desserts in this place. First time to try the food. First meal for the day. Pork Ribs with Pulled Pork, php 270. Mama's, boneless spare ribs in sweet-smelling glaze, php 240. The Daily Grind. Both is definitely a must try. Perfect flavor. Very tender. Big serving. Good price.

My dream is for QC to have a really really good burger place... There are cheap options, big chains, and even good burger joints. But I want one that people will go to the trouble of traversing traffic for. Enter the Instagrammable The Daily Grind at F7 building. Seems promising. Another new restaurant that will make an already crowded area even more crowded... Been wanting to try a couple of new restaurants in the Morato area... My mom wanted burgers and this instantly came to mind... Finally😍! Or so I thought...We went here past 6pm, surprisingly found parking immediately. The newly opened restaurant is located at the 3rd floor, just across a health cafe... Upon entering, it definitely had a hipster vibe. Polished industrial look, with cement walls, blackboards set up for the menu options, and monochromatic trinkets. My mom and I ordered burgers while my dad got the braised beef. We all decided to share an appetizer... Pros: The staff were nice. Wifi was fast. Place was open with ample tables. No crowded feeling even with the amount of people present. They have coffee for those who want to study. Lots of sockets for computers and phones. They also serve alcohol... Sounds good so far...Cons: The food came. Our shared gambas and chorizo tapas was an immediate disappointment. It was good enough for 3 people-- for each person to have one prawn and one chorizo apiece. The garlic flakes outnumbered the actual food. One taste of the chorizo and you know it's cheap. The prawns were tough to chew and obviously overcooked. Bad dish. Mr Ramsey would throw it in the trash in a heartbeat. My dad's Braised beef came and it was not pretty to look at. Presentation was plain, AT BEST. Beef was tender but that's about it. The burgers came. I had the Daily Grind Creation 1, with blue cheese and caramelized onions. Mom had the Creation 2 with bacon and cheese. Don't know why it had to be called "Creation" since there is nothing out of the ordinary about those combinations. One bite and I knew I wouldn't finish it. The beef tasted like it had extenders. The beef patty was underseasoned-- Jollibee's champ and McDo's quarter pounder taste way better. The blue cheese sauce was a joke, really weak and looked like mayonnaise with blue cheese mixed in. They added just a little bit of caramelized onions. There were tomatoes and iceberg lettuce included, which made no sense since those flavors don't mix well with blue cheese. It's a confused burger. My mom was likewise disappointed. The bacon wasn't crispy. The cheese, ummm where was it? Plain bad. The place itself was nice, but I just don't get it. Being a savvy consumer, I wouldn't go back. It is all hype. To me, it's really all about the food and no amount of "hipness" can make up for bad food.

Service wasn't very good, our orders came out one by one and they took very long. Mine (Pork Ribs and Pulled Pork) came last and they even forgot the fries that was supposed to come with it. My friends and I ordered mainly burgers and ribs. The meat on my ribs was a little tough and dry. Wasn't able to try any of my friends' burgers but they didn't seem too happy with their orders either.

The interiors are cool and the ambiance is chill, perfect for those who want to relax and have a semi-fine dining date. The crews are nice as well. Because their slogan is "Burgers, Brews and More", we decided to order their Daily Grind Creation 1 which is under the burgers category. It was good.

The Angus beef burger was nice and juicy. There's a faint "angus-ness" to the burger - either it's not 100% or low quality Angus beef. But its ok as its just php265. The chicken steak was nice. The chicken was tender. But it was on the oily side. Spaghetti meatballs were a disaster. The meatballs have carrots in it and tastes funny. The sauce on the spaghetti too oily. Recommend the burgers but suggest a bit more salt to elevate it.

The place has chill relax vibe to it. For the food, the chicken steak was ok a little bit oily but it was fine. The pealla was a little bit salty and has an umay factor to it. The burger was big and great. Hope they can improve more on their food because the place is really good for hang out. 😉
