Commercial coffee shops including cbtl really invests when it comes to their service and ambiance thus, I'm giving it A++! Servers were attentive and welcoming plus of course the ambiance is great! Been here (and other branches to add) many times just want to put it out there, so for the food being so-so and quite frankly expensive for the taste is already expected. Tbh, I actually don't expect them to serve delicious foods. As for the coffee, its okay as well. But being a frustrated coffee lover, I'd rather go for third waves and support small coffee businesses. Then again, you really can't help yourself not going to these kinds of cafes once in a while.

Not my first to have a quick meryenda here, whenever me and my girlfriends meet up sesh we usually hang out here. The place is so comfy just like any other cbtl branches, and we don't need to wait long minutes or hours just to have a place to seat because the branch is big enough to accomodate people. A plus factor is the staffs were very accomodating.

This is one of the better CBTL branches that's endured years of customers both regular and one-offs. I'd been here many many times, probably the most among CBTL's. I'm happy that it's been renovated recently, making it brighter, more updated, hip & modern, seem bigger and obviously better.TIPS:+If you like Tea, order the Peppermint Ginseng, my all time fave here 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (but they have loads of options and you can ask them about the taste profile and they even recommend best pairing drink with your snack, pastry, order)+Oatmeal raisin cookie is solid 🌟🌟🌟🌟 (ask them to warm it first)+Coffee is good here, too, I usually take black+Tea Latte's are awesome, taken either hot or cold, Chai Tea latte, Green Tea latte, Double Vanilla Tea latte (for sweet teeth), and Moroccan Mint (choco) (I reco the hot version)The garlic and sardine linguine salad I had today was less satisfying than the ones I've had before here or in Greenbelt 5 branch. Odd. A bit oily, that the sardines flavor didn't elevate with the garlic. (before it was an easy 5, today it's only a 🌟🌟🌟)Service dine in : 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Kitchen service : 🌟🌟🌟 (fast service on the pasta but the usual stellar sardine linguine was just so so)Ambience : 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Value for money: 🌟🌟🌟1/2VERDICT : 🌟🌟🌟🌟Generally, I'm a fan of CBTL, and they've had their share of poor air-conditioned branches or badly aging ones, but overall, I love hanging out here and in most of their branches. They are one of the few with WiFi as long as you have the CBTL Swirl Card (which I do), but lately the big mystery I noticed with CBTL is their pull the PLUG on enough wall outlets like, say, a Starbucks would have. TEAS very disappointTEANG to note this aTEAtude towards patrons. Hope they reconsider this aspect, but so far it won't turn me off from going to them.
