A great place to have breakfast on a Sunday morning. The ambiance of the place is very relaxing and very homey. What we had on our first visit were the steak and eggs and the adobo omurice. The adobo omurice was good; the rice was flavorful, the serving was big, although the meat was mostly pork fat. They could still improve this dish by bringing out the adobo flavor some more. The rice wrapped in an omelet was presented neatly and nicely. On the other hand, the steak and eggs was really good. The steak was soft and juicy unlike other steaks around Maginhawa. The serving was just right, but we still had to add an additional order of garlic rice because it wasn't included in the meal. The potatoes on the side were nothing special, we didn't even touch them after tasting them. Their iced coffee is a must try as well. It is served as plain coffee with ice; milk is separated so you'll have to be the one to pour it in the iced coffee depending on how much milk you prefer. It was so good that I wasn't even able to wait for the food before I finished it. Over all, the food was pretty pricey, but we left with happy filled stomachs. We'll surely come back on special occasions.

Cute place and to be fair the staff are nice bit those are the only commendable things about this place. I really only eat here when I have to: it's just a few floors down the unit where I stay during review and it's the only one open as early as 7 and I cant cook, lol. Otherwise when I can go elsewhere and can wait for the others to open, I dont go here.Ive tried a number of their offerings and none satisfied - ever. I always still felt hungry after eating - which is weird considering that I dont have a big appetite (to prove a point: starbucks' roasted chicken pesto sandwich is already good for me for 2 meals). The meat that goes with their food is too minimal to really fill you up. Which is okay if they were priced lower but not when you know you could have gotten a better meal for the same price. For example, today I paid Ph350 for my breakfast and coffee (with service charge and tip) and I can't wait for lunch since im still hungry. If only I wasnt so lazy to walk to breakfast bin which is a few blocks away and where I couldve gotten the same thing at less than half the price :)) Or that couldve been an American Breakfast complete with orange juice and coffee at Sulo Hotel, if only I wasnt coding today. To top it off, they surprisingly dont have take out cups for coffee. I barely touched my iced coffee but to my surprise they said they dont have cups for that! The waiter found something, tho without a cover, but what choice did I have...Sorry for the long rant but you deserve better ;) Im usually appreciative and very generous with my reviews, actually.. But sure if you want a cute place with gv music and instagrammable stuff then go :)

Staff were really accommodating and attentive. Quiet place. The food though wasn't so special in terms of taste; average. A bit pricey considering the serving size. But I'd still visit this resto.

Food, coffee, ambience and service were all great! We had the Northern Luzon longanisa meal and the tinapa eggs benedict, both were so yummy. The cheese pimiento was okay, perfect if you just want to satisfy your cheese pimiento craving. We had churros for dessert, and although they were not technically churros, they were great and the dipping chocolate sauce was good, too. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes!

BEST STEAK IN MAGINHAWA. (Steak and Eggs) I think the steak is very underrated/under-ordered. Didn't expect something like it to grace the pretentious (sorry) Maginhawa St. We were handed only the "original" menu though, and maybe I should have asked for the "other" menus or off-menu choices but around half (maybe more) of the restaurant's menu is not on the original menu; customers shouldn't have to ask for them pa. BEST STEAK IN MAGINHAWA. Omurice looked depressing, though I didn't get to taste them.  Bad pancakes...really bad pancakes. Other than that, nice place, very cozy and bright. Good music. COOKS YOUR STEAK THE WAY YOU WANT IT. Best. Steak. In. Maginhawa.Seriously.

Yesterday, I arrived at The breakfast table around 7:30am and the place was full! We have to wait for almost 1 hour to get seats. The waitress/waiter didn't even accommodate us in or something. We were the one that got our own seats. :/ once we were seated we weren't given menus and our table were not cleaned up immediately so we were also the one who put aside the dirty placemats. After asking for the menu, i ordered their eggs and bacon and I also had their chocolate drink. While my bf ordered their sardines omurice. The eggs and bacon was very instagrammable. So it looks really really appetizing! The taste was actually quite good but after taking few bites I grew tired of the taste. Probably because of the banana bread, the banana flavor of the bread was too strong. On the other hand the chocolate drink was too good!! The sardines omurice was not bad. I think it's better than the eggs and bacon I ordered. They should add sardines though. 😁

My sister and I went for a run at the Quezon City Memorial Circle early this morning. We burned a couple of fats and yet was very hungry so we decided to have a sumptuous breakfast. I mean, what the heck, we already run for it we deserved a breakfast reward. Lol!. Since we are already in the vicinity, we drove along the long food haven of Maginhawa Street.  My workmate showed me “The Breakfast Table” because she finds the concept of denim pants for placemat as a unique idea. We went there and absolutely fell in love with the place. It was artsy artsy and all. They used blue bottles for accent and blue buckets as lamp shades. It was very creative. And as I have said they were using denim pants for table mats. Unlucky for us the place was packed when we came so we only get to use the normal cloth table mats.

The breakfast group, team members from my team always goes to breakfast after shift.Today they invited me to go to a place where they have been before. "Comfort place" First impressions were good. White and blue motif, cool to the eyes. The rustic ambiance as the themed breakfast nook created a cool vibe.4/8 people ordered binagoongan to my surprise was the popular dish. 2 fish (catch of the day) and a tbt. I ordered the tapsi. 15 mins food started to come out. When mine came out i was disappointed on the serving size. The eggs were cooked to what my expectation was. Scrambled and poached. Not all restaurants are good with delivering poached eggs. I was very happy with mine. The taste of the tapa was okay. How was it cooked I had a problem with a couple of pieces were very chewy. I don't recommend the tapa. Unfortunately they didn't have churros.Ordered the oversized banana pancake. It was good, fluffy; tasty and the two sweet "syrup" complimented the pancake. I started to see why the team wanted to eat here. Feedback were mixed and they were overall satisfied. Part of the dining experience was the serving staff. Very friendly and responsible to ask how you wanted your eggs cooked and was able to communicate and set expectations.I would comeback and give the breakfast table another chance to redeem the disappointing tapa.RatingAmbiance 👍👍👍👍Food 👍👍👍Price 👍👍Service 👍👍👍👍

We've been there awhile ago with my food buddies! It's very cozy, and I love the interiors. When it comes to food I've ordered northern exposure and mango yoghurt shake. It's very satisfying and well spent of money. Try their other foods, I guarantee you it's very worth it.
