Their coffee was great!  I also liked their eggs bennies! The eggs were perfectly cooked and the hollandaise sauce was very tasty. My group also ordered the chicken and waffles. This dish was shared by our group because the portions was big. The chicken was very yummy and the waffles were perfectly cooked. I would definitely comeback and order other food items in the menu. I saw one table eating their rice toppings which look good. Overall, I had a great experience dining at The Breakfast Experience. I would definitely comeback

I had lunch here during a weekend. I was seated near the entrance and it was quite hot because of the glass ceiling. The food and coffee were great! Love the eggs bennies! I'll definitely come back to this place.

I love the pancakes, coffee, and tapsilog! ❤️ can't wait to try the other dishes they have! The place is very accessible and it has a nice bright feel. I enjoyed the ambience and of course the food.

Any breakfast person here? Well this hole in a wall is surely become one of your favorites. Calling Jayson J I know you are one haha. 😂 Finding this store is a hard one if finding it during the night or if there is no one with you if you are driving. It is located in one of the side street of Tomas Morato, it is in the side street of Amici or Krispy Kreme but on the opposite side of Tomas Morato, Scout Fuentebella to be exact. It is beside little bagnet. There is no signage but only writing on their glass window of "the breakfast experience". This store is very very humble. It can seat approximately 18-22 people at a time. Parking will be a difficult one since they can only accommodate one car and it is parked in the street. I am not sure if towing is active in the area. 😅The servers were very friendly and would explain to us what they serve and their specialty. They would also immediately serve you water after ordering with a glass filled with ice up to the brim.We tried their waffles, pancakes and coffee.Classic Golden Waffles (125php). The first dish that came out and it was prepared on the counter so you can look while they are cooking it. The waffles were very thick/fat, it was purely waffle batter, no air in the mixture. Kudos! The waffles were not burnt although they seemed dark. It is crunchy thou. The waffles were served together with butter and maple syrup. Maybe they can add whip cream so it can be more delicious. Sinful nga lng hahaha!Matcha pancakes (185php) came second in the line. The serving consist of 2 fluffy pancakes, whipped cream, 1 long sticko cut into 3 or 3 small sticks, butter and maple syrup. The matcha seemed to be lacking however you can still taste the hint of matcha in it. The pancakes were really thick (see photo above), every bite was cloud 9. The pancake was not burnt in anyway. My tip: mix the butter first on top then spread the whip cream on the bottom side of the pancake then spread the maple gradually. BOOM! Cloud 9! Hahaha. 😂 Monkey business (185php) came last but not the least. The serving consist of 2 fluffy pancakes, a few banana slices, whip cream, butter and maple syrup. The pancakes batter consist of banana in between the batter with a spread of Nutella syrup on top. GASP! 😄 the pancakes were similar to the matcha, very thick but sweeter compared to matcha owing it to the Nutella syrup. I prefer the matcha more. Lastly, hot cafe latte (115php). I think this coffee had too much milk content that I couldn't taste the coffee anymore. They also tried making latte art but I think it failed? I do not understand the drawing haha. 😂 But I am not after the art anyway so it was ok. The hashbrown (25php) were not included in the meal, we ordered it additional since we crave hashbrown at that time. It is just typical hashbrown that can be bought at the supermarket. After eating I noticed in one of their art/decor it says that it is the home of fluffy pancakes. FLUFFY!! 😂 but look at how fluffy those pancakes were. They don't disappoint. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. The downside? Quite pricey and parking.

Definitely enjoyed my time in breakfast experience. I liked the homey feel of the resto and thought the prices werereasonable. Ordered the tapsilog and a waffle! The tapa was really good, the serving was bigger than i expected and it was very very tasty. The waffle was fantastic! Similar to the pancake house waffle, or maybe better. Cant wait to go back to try the other dishes.

Been here twice and I have never been disappointed yet. They say that it is good to have a big breakfast. This small place is good at making big breakfasts. One meal is is enough to fill one up but you'd wish you had more space for that other thing you saw being brought to someone else's table. I highly recommend the avo and bacon eggs benedict. :) I've also tried the matcha pancakes. The matcha flavor pushes through even after I have slathered the fluffy pancakes with butter and cream. The adobo sisig was a surprise. It was a spicy and sour and salty all at the same time. You can't help but want more (if only you weren't full yet).Their brewed coffee isn't bad. Next time, it's a toss up between the campfire pancakes or the waffle bennies. With good food and service, it's definitely a place I want to visit more often. (Did I mention they also have free wi-fi?)

The ambiance is really inviting you to eat breakfast. The cafe's coziness is one of the things that makes it worth of its name "The Breakfast Experience".The food? Heaven! First, the Sunrise Espresso, it gives the vibe of drinking cocktail first thing in the morning. HAHA! Second, the Maple Milkshake will satisfy your sweet tooth also, it has a bonus of giving you a candied Bacon. WHAAAAT? Okay. I will stop and proceed to the third food, the Campfire Pancakes (SMORES) the pancake is actually great. And lastly, the service is really awesome! I hope everyone will now eat breakfast here in this awesome place. Why? AFFORDABLE AND VALUE FOR MONEY.

FOOD:Chicken & Waffle - pretty good, the waffle was cooked to my liking; the chicken was good too but it wasn't exactly southern styleAdobo Sisig - was also good just maybe taste it first before putting calamansi coz ours was a little too sourCampfire pancake - surprised that i liked their batter a lot but i'll order a normal one next time coz it was too sweet for meCoffee - on the bitter side but still decent for the place and pricePlace - cozy, especially loved sitting further inside where there are game boardsCustomer service - very nice and efficient staff but definitely not enough as we waited around 30min to be served with our food; i was concerned that the staff were dressed very casually and the front person (who was very nice) had quite long hair for a guy and only had headband on; the waffle maker was at the cashier area and so after the waffle gets cooked, they literally trasfer it to the kitchen with just tongs.Would have had a higher rating if: we didn't wait for our food that long and the staff were dressed cleaner and more appropriately. They have wifi and board games 👍👍👍

You'd miss this place if you weren't careful. They only have a handwritten sign that's almost dwarfed by the signages of their neighboring establishments. Its a small place, so not recommended for claustrophobic people. To add a touch of "whimsy", 2 of their tables at the back are on raised platforms which you sit on and dangle your legs in the recess underneath. There were 4 of is in the group and collectively it took 20-25 mins for our food to arrive and not all at the same time. To be fair, the server was adequately attentive considering he was alone and their were 2-3 tables to waited on at a time.I ordered the adobo sisig which were flaked strands of pork served with a garlic mayonnaise. Although the serving was generous, it was too acidic for my taste and the mayo did nothing for the palate. The eggs were nicely scrambled though. For dessert we had the monkey business pancakes. Their pancakes are similar to the pancake souffle of le petit souffle so they're light and fluffy, drenched in chocolate syrup and garnished with banana chunks and an almost marshmallow fluff-like creme. Sufficiently sweet despite appearances. Of all the ordered food, this was the best.I also ordered a drink, the sunrise espresso. Served in a martini glass, its coffee with a splash of orange juice. Unfortunately, it wasnt my type. Orange and chocolate are classic combinations but this pairing didn't quite make it.Another downside- no toilet.Prices are okay for the serving size.Would i go back? I'd probably visit other breakfast places first before coming back.

Panalo coffee nila! I also love how intimate the place is! Also, the Eggs Benedict is the must order! I like savory food more so I ate that and the Adobo! Yummers!
