The aristocrat experience has been good. It was my 5th time in the branch. I was with my family. I did not get my order however. Though everything else was delivered. Needs improvement on the system.

had dinner with my family last night...they got very poor service.. they had more tables upstairs but they told us to wait for the other customer to finish so we could have their table after. we ordered sinigang and oh my! it was toooooooo salty ! we asked the manager to taste the soup and she said it really taste like that and that we should have called their attention earlier so that then can add water! what!!!!!

Had dinner here this is the 2nd branch of aristocrat in banawe the 1st one is lack of parking and i think all aristocrat service is poor all the place ive been to malate is the worst. We ordered chicken bbq, sotanghon soup, and my favorite their dinuguan. Food is good. Place is clean.

Had their boneless chicken and it definitely feels smaller than it was some time ago. It's just basically one not so big piece now. Service can also be fairly slow here, just feels like arisocrat has had a higher price than their current quality justifies
