The savory pancake is good, but very typical. I'd say they're a bit overpriced, even. I had their Chasu ramen and ordered Yakimeshi. I'd still pick the authentic places for ramen next time.

We always order their noodles here - tantanmen ramen if I remebmber it right. Just average. Soup was quite salty one time and the noodles were slightly raw. Good thing that there were good number of shrimp. Their okonomiyaki tasted great the first time, made me feel eating authentic takoyaki. The next visits did not feel the same. The sauce of okonomiyaki (I think it should be tonkatsu sauce) was replaced with tomato ketchup... From that time on, I lost my tummy to eat here.

Japanese is my second favorite cuisine. It's somehow disappointing when the restaurant falls short of your craving. All that was served to me was meant to be a healthier option but turned out the opposite with their excessive use of oil. Tuna Tartare looked fresh from menu photo. It turned sloppy and oily. It was filled with too much Tempura. The biggest disappointment was their Brown Rice Chicken (forgot the exact name). It was more like fried rice but meant to be a rice topping. Drenched in oil and with a few pieces of chicken for Php 225. They were kind enough to give me more chicken though. Another oily dish was their Yasai Itame. It was seasoned well but I could feel the oil on every bite.

Passable Japanese cuisine. Their dynamite roll packs a bit of flavor, but not enough to really wow the tastebuds. Their california maki is good tho, by my standards. I ordered their ramen and it was nothing more than noodles and chicken in chicken stock. Nothing really great about it as well, but it was filling. I loved the falvor of the chicken stock, but after about half a bowl of it, it was starting to make me groggy. So I guess we should have ordered something to counteract the flavor. All in all, a good experience, to satisfy my japanese craving. The price is a little high for the experience, but for a good taste of jJapan every now and then, I'll give it an a-okay.

They claim to offer Japanese cuisine but they were playing Korean pop songs when I ate there so they're not very consistent. I tried a set meal covering pork katsudon and california maki. It was alright. Nothing great. Nothing spectacular. Serving time was just right. Ambiance was convenient and comfortable. However, their food is unreasonably pricey when you could have similar selections for a more affordable price with popular Japanese food chain.
