I think I found a new "coffice". This is definitely on top of my list. I cannot believe I just found about this now! Haha. I think it's because it's in UP Town Center, where people think everything is expensive, that makes it surprising. Tea Rock is the exact opposite of expensive. LOTS of food and drink options too! Of course, best to try their signature milk teas first before trying the rest. This a hidden gem amidst all the expensive restos in UP Town Center. However, don't expect too much with the taste. Let's just say its taste is satisfactory for the Filipino palette. Also,i t has generous servings at low prices. I ordered a bowl of Tainan Dan Tsu Noodle soup for only 140 and a large red bean sasa milk tea for 100. I loved the taste of the noodles and the organic egg is delicious! The drink is filled with red beans, oh my gosh. Ang sarap! To add to that, they have blazing wifi connection and outlets everywhere. The staff are nice too! *slow clap* I love this place! Will be back here again soon and try their rice meals. :)

Ordered their Chocolate Chip Frappe with Ice Cream and it was great!!! It has that tablea and rich dark chocolate taste. Whipped cream on top was awesome as well!

Couldn't forget about their rock salt chocolate drink. The iced tea which we ordered though didn't taste that nice as I expected. The place is quite small and I am sure this place is crowded on weekends. Their dishes are affordable and their serving bowls are huge. 2 bowls of different dishes were enough for the four of us.
