The cheesy beef gyudon is highly recommended (they torch the cheese as they serve the food). The staff are also friendly. Will try their japanese pizza next time.

We had the chance to try Takami when we went to The Yard and it was really worth the trip because of the amazing dining experience that we had.CUSTOMER SERVICE:  Friendly and accommodating staffs.FOOD:  Prepare to be amaze on how delectable their Japanese dishes are.  We tried their Beef Bulgogi from their Signature Gyoza's and I was literally craving for more as I took my last bite.  Their Cheesy Bacon Okonomiyaki - their version of Japanese Pizza is also mouth-watering.RECOMMENDATION FOR ALL THE FOODIES LIKE ME:  Don't forget to try one of their Torched Teppanyaki's like the Cheesy Beef Gyudon especially if you're a cheese lover like me.  They will also be torching it in front of you, providing you a whole new level of dining experience.RECOMMENDATION FOR TAKAMI:  Great job for coming up with these fusion of flavors on your dishes.  It really did provide a different twist to these traditional Japanese dishes.  Hopefully, you will come up with more offerings soon.OVERALL:  Counting the days until we come back to The Yard to have a taste of  the other dishes  on their menu.

Japanese food has always been a part of my list of cravings whenever I’m in the mood to pig out.  My appetite for these dishes has always been enormous and I honestly can’t understand why. So when we received an invite from Lianne – one of the owner of Takami, my heart skip a beat at the thought of my favorite food running through my mind.

Kumain ako dito last July 3. Okonomiyaki ung inorder... ANSARAP! di ko ineexpect na ganung kasarap ung food. Cguro kung inilagay un sa mas magandang plato at hindi paper plate pagkkmalan mong galing sa isang high end jap resto ung food.👍

Bought japanese pizza for less than 200, that is good for 3-4 persons. Instead of dough, it was like a flat gyoza with beef and bacon as toppings.

Japanese Pizza, wow! Never had pizza like this. Its both healthy and tasty. The moment I saw it I knew its something (but took me 15 minutes waiting). It has bonito flakes and bacon on top, the smell brushes my nose as I went to our table. Im excited. As I took my first bite bam! Its like big takuyaki (which i love) but more taste inside. My friends tasted it too cause my reaction was so convincing. They were surprised too. Everyone loved it.

Okonomiyaki Cheesy Bacon by Takami: YEYThis one was a happy surprise. I've heard a lot about Okonomiyakis and I'm convinced this could be the next wave when it comes to japanese food craze after ramen and katsu. Takami's stall was very simple, almost unremarkable (as compared to others within the compound). But what it lacked in decor, it made up in flavor. This is the first time I've had Okonomiyaki so expectations were high. The bonito shavings were plentiful, as well as the cheeze and the bacon. The batter had different ingredients like vegetables mixed-in giving it texture. The pancake was soft and chewy. It was a weird mix but everything worked. The serving is good for 2-4 (normal) people. This is definitely a must try. @takami_ph
