My go to snack place when im craving for rice cakes, leche flan, pastillas and chicharon. My favorite would be their leche flan and sapin-sapin. Accomodating staff. They have a simple Carinderia/ canteen set-up - dont expect a fancy resto feel or ambiance. They have a small dining area if you want to eat there and they serve some traditional pinoy meriendas like palabok and dinuguan at puto.

Found my new favorite meryenda place! Susie's cuisine boasts its Kapampangan fare with meryenda such as palabok, kakanin and halo halo. I ate here with my family for the very first time, and I really love this place. It looks like a small carienderia, but don't let that fool you! I really love their palabok! To me, it's even better than Amber's. (Sorry!) The portions and toppings are generous, and the sauce evenly coats the noodles. The sapin-sapin is super good too, although I prefer it without the latik. It's three layers of creamy goodness! (macapuno, ube, and langka) Of course, last but not the least, the halo-halo! Not a fan because of the halo-halo I've tasted so far ~ all ice and no "laman." However, Susie's halo-halo is by far the best I've tried. There are so many things inside, beans, macapuno, banana, ube, leche flan, and top it all off with ice cream. I enjoyed my halo-halo a lot, especially the leche flan! Gosh, the leche flan is really thick and creamy, I cannot even explain it! They sell their leche flan too, along with some other snacks. (See picture) Their leche flan looks a lot like a torched creme brulee. No wonder it tastes super good. Can't wait to bring my grandparents here. 👏👏👏

Their pansit malabon( or palabok) is THE BEST!!!! 👏👏👏 so rich and even the solo serving is very generous for only P80.00! We also love their siomai! Bigger than the usual and their siomai sauce combined with their homemade chili dipping sauce is really good!

Susie's Cuisine is one of the more popular pasalubong centers in Pampanga.  I've had my first taste of their goodies courtesy of a Kapampangan ex-officemate a few years back.  Since then, I've always wanted to schedule a road trip to the province to get my hands on some kapampangan food/kakanin.  Good thing there's now a cheaper and easier alternative (but with fewer food options) with our discovery of their branch in QC.It's a typical canteen/fastfood setup where you place your order/pay at the counter and then they'll deliver your food to your table.  A bit packed (can sit just around 30 people) but it's airconditioned and clean.  There's just a couple of parking slots for diners in front, which could be a problem during peak hours. We ordered the following for brunch:- Okoy Papaya- Pancit Palabok- Baked Mac- Dinuguan- Sisig- Rellenong Bangus- Embutido- Sapin-sapin- Mochi- Leche FlanStand-outs for me are their sapin-sapin (yummy w/ or w/o the latik), mochi (sweetened gata sauce ftw), palabok (saucy), leche flan (perfect level of sweetness) and sisig (more onions than the usual sisig but still tastes good).  My companions also loved their dinuguan very much.  Least liked is their embutido, which is a bit sour for me.What's good here is that you can opt to order kakanin by slice (or single serving pastas) to check if it will suit your taste, before going for the large orders.  There are few things more frustrating than buying a whole box and just consuming a bit, leaving the rest untouched. At the end of our meal, we spent some time going over their pasalubong options displayed along 1 wall of the restaurant.  Our faves are their macapuno and chicharon with laman. Will definitely be back here to try their other kakanin, spec. their tibok-tibok (maja blanca), which was unavailable during our visit.

Susie's Cuisine has always been our favorite go-to place whenever we are in Pampanga. They have truly one of the BEST Pansit Palabok anywhere. I could eat it even when I'm already full. Have the pansit dine-in because it tends to be more than when you have it for take-out.Their kakanin are not to be missed. Their sapin-sapin is different from the Malabon-syle of Dolor's. Their sapin-sapin are layers of macapuno (white) then langka (yellow) and ube (purple). The tibok-tibok is light, velvety and creamy topped with latik.
