Poor service.

09 February 2018Friday, 1:00PMSimple lunch and food was OK. Ordered:Fried Calamari Udon P288Salmon Sashimi P288Sizzling Chicken P388Taste: Nothing special. Sizzling Chicken was salty and had to request for teriyaki sauce to lessen the saltiness of tge chicken. Price: Ideal for sharing, you may want to go for the usual rolls and sashimi instead. Sashimi was fresh st the least. Service: Quick and attentive. This is a big plus. I personally think this is not the best japanese restaurant. It will take a while before I go back and try more from this restaurant.

First time to eat here. Tried their Gyudon; it's delicious, kinda pricey though. Also had Tempura Ramen; mukhang masarap sa picture, but tbh ang pangit ng lasa.

I love the food here. Me and my friends always order the Arena and bowl of Sukiyaki. Super sulit. The ambiance is ok. The serving time though is kinda slow for the Arena so ask that they serve it a la carte instead of having it served all at once, they then will serve whatever portion of the combo dish was cooked so you can start eating while waiting for the others to cook. Some of the staff were nice, some are not, they need to make this consistent.

Staffs were very accomodating. Food is great and serving was huge (I love it). Smoked Salmon Roll and Rainbow Roll were very tasty. Will come back for more :)

When ordering food for three, I suggest sharing Sukiyaki and any ramen to get good value for money. Then add a serving of sushi for a filling meal. The portions and taste are good, but we noticed that the staff lacked vigor. We actually walked to a vacant table ourselves and had to ask for the menu after waiting for someone to attend to us. It's not even their peak hours.

We went here for early dinner. Staff are very accommodating. The place is well lit and the ambiance is good.We ordered Salmon Sashimi, Cheese Fried Maki, Amazing Kani, Katsudon, and Mixed Tempura Don.Salmon Sashimi was good. Amazing Kani was good as well. The kani is fried to crisp. Mixed Tempura Don is good and served in large portions.Katsudon was really not good. Yes, the portion is large with miso soup on the side but the katsu itself is dissatisfying. It was too tough therefore, making it hard to bite and chew. However, I find their cheese fried maki commendable.Their donburi are served in large portions it's good for sharing if you're planning to order other items in their menu.

Ordering was definitely a process and it took the guy a while to get our order right. I attributed it to being first timers and tried not to get annoyed. We settled on two kinds of Ramen, Tempura Ramen and the Chasyu Ramen. My friend and I agreed that the ramen was nothing special. The tonkotsu broth could've used more flavor and the roast pork had no roast, sear, or char, as if it was just boiled. The spiciness of my broth was probably the best part, but some spice can make anything taste better. The Sukiyaki was a bit too sweet for my liking and for its price, I thought it was not worth it. Pretty small portions for the price and that's probably the reason why we were still hungry after the meal which in my honest opinion is a bad sign. After revisiting this place and having had other ramen not too far from the general area, I noticed a big difference in the flavor, ingredients and quality of the ramen dishes here. It's okay but the the broth needed more flavor, salt or something. Sad.
