Food 1/5 — salty ramen and soupFood Presentation 3/5 — enticingAmbiance 2/5Staff 1/5 - not friendly, it seems that they don’t wanna serve you. They need to be trained well.Overall Experience is not good. We love Japanese food that’s why we chose to try this resto.

During one of our work days we did decide to have Japanese food and started looking for a decent place. Based on some supporting reviews, we did lock this restaurant as final option and we have ventured into this restaurant. We got our preferred seating and did place our order pretty quickly. Salmon sizzling fried rice, chicken teriyaki rice and couple of appetisers - Sushi and Tempura. Though the orders were picked very fast but to accomplish they literally took more than 30 min to get it to our tables. We had to chase them multiple times for readiness. Lemon juice was good. Service needs bit of improvement.

First time I came to this restaurant was probably a few months after it opened. I never came back. Why? They asked us to wait outside since there weren't any seats available (but there were). So we sat outside, assuming that those available tables and seats that we saw from the glass window were reserved by another guest. We waited for a long time (approximately 10-15 minutes), I so vividly remember even if it was years ago since I was the one who followed up with them again about our table. Lo and behold, the staff went, kakain ba kayo dito? Like geez. They had to hear it from me and I made sure I said my piece. I never returned to this branch ever.

One rice meal is good for two (even three for the Omurice). Their dishes with sashimi - Spicy Tuna Salad and Spicy Caravan Maki had fresh fish and delicious sauce. The Beef Yakitori may not look like much but it was juicy and tender. The Oyakodon and Gyudon were really flavorful but the Gyudon was not that hot anymore when it was served. The Omurice was huuuuge! It was flavored well and the rice remained warm even after a while. The Calamari Soba had generous toppings. Service was amazing but food was just okay. Plus points for the big servings, the place is good for big groups 🥢
