As this is located in Araneta expect for it to be crowded and ideally not my typical starbucks venue to sit down with my friends and have a cup of coffee and talk anything under the sun. Came here 2 times already both times I had to wait for a long line, service is not as fast as expected and also they had to ask for receipt which conveniently trash the moment I laid my hands on it, its a sucker I had to look for my receipt the 1st, the lady was just not willing to give me my sweet white chocolate mocha, for some reason she just had to stamp the receipt it was a total BS!!!

This branch is always crowded but i like it here. Perfect place too chill. Just dont bring your whole barkada in this place cause its hard to look for a table for more than 4 persons.

always crowded. but its always a fulfillment when you got to get a seat here with your friends especially when it's peak hour. friendly staff, they gladly made my secret recipe frapp without any other complains

Friendly service. I love the place to chill out. Nice ambiance (as always with all SB stores) However, sometimes crowded especially when there's an event at Araneta. Over all it's Superb! 👍🏼

As i said in my previous review, I'm a big fan of starbucks coffees and frappes and the like. However, if you're in cubao and craving for a cup of coffee or green tea, I'd recommend the gateway brach rather than the coliseum circle brach due to its better ambience and more comfy furnitures. But the baristas in this branch are friendlier and gave better service ☺️

Out of all the other branches I have been, I’d say this branch probably had the worse staff. My mom who was both a senior citizen and at the same time a pwd (she has met an accident in 2014 which gave her a limp thus she needed to walk with a cane and had titanium on her hips) was asking for a mug of water filled with ice after receiving our orders from the guy barista. But instead of having my mom seated, this guy barista (didn’t get his name) made my mother wait for something like 7-10 minutes standing there looking like some beggar asking for alms when in reality she was just asking for a mug of water along with those two espresso coffee cups we had ordered! I mean, my mom is both a senior and a pwd at that! It was ok to make her wait for like a few seconds or perhaps event up to 2minutes. But they made her wait that long! So I had to stand up and grabbed our drinks and told the barista that I do hipe they’d have some heart for pwds and senuor like my mom. A few minutes later, while we were already sipping our espresso, a lady barista came up to me and apologized after the guard served us my mom’s request of a mug filled with both water and ice. But even then, that’s way too long to ask for someone to wait— I hope these people would have more considerations for pwds and senior citizens. It was so disappointing considering you are paying for an expensive coffee in a coffee shop where you are supposed to be treated with much reapect and for pwds and seniors as priority.

Once again, whenever we need a pick me up we head over to Starbucks. It's consistent with a nice place to hangout, have a cup of joe or work. It may get noisy but it's still a place where you can chill. What we had:Barista blend, We've had this so many times but it still has its charm. It's strong and straight to the point. Peach Ice tea this is another favorite. Sweet peach flavor and refreshing.

The place is always packed but the staffs are always accommodating. Typical SB, but this branch really got some good looking staffs. Like all of them. Great coffee plus great view it is. 😂🤭

I stopped hanging out here after my college year but when they renovated the place, I was pleased and went back. It's cleaner and classier although at times, the queue can be long and it's hard finding a seat.  The barristas and other staff are also nice here.

Food - 4. Typical starbucks offerings.Service - 3. Since the branch is always crowded, the security guard is the one doing some of the servers task.Ambiance - 3. Branch is outdated and needs to be renovated to level with the other SB branches.Order: My perfect pair of yum 😍😍. Ensaymada and Youth Berry Tea.
