When dining out, I prefer a warm, freshly cooked meal, the added security of being in an actual restaurant compared to a food court and affordable prices.While I've tried Sizzlin' Pepper Steak once or twice, it's not exactly a favorite as my loyalty belongs to another pepper place. Most of their dishes too are quite expensive. What prompted my visit today was their PHP99 Sizzlers, available in 3 options. I ordered the Roast Beef and Veggie Sizzler and although I found it ordinary, I loved that it's a complete meal of carbohydrate, protein and vegetable. My dietitian will be doubly happy as the serving size was just right to satisfy.It was served sizzling on a hot plate. My food remained warm for the duration of the meal.Others hesitate to order sizzlers as the aroma tends to stay on clothes. Worry not as the branch has an extensive exhaust system.The three things I look for in a restaurant, I found at Sizzlin' Pepper Steak Robinsons Magnolia. WiFi access was a most welcome bonus.PS. The PHP99 Sizzlers are not available on the menu. Look for the offer on the loose pages inserted in the menu. Or ask the server instead.

Guess this one is better than the other resto that I tried. You can choose your sauce and definitely much more flavorful than the one I've tried before that was just full of peppers.

My dad and i ate here last sunday and we didnt like it.. We ordered chicken and beef strips, sided with egg drop soup and corn soup and nachos with cheese dip for appetizer and ice cream for dessert.. The food wasnt as good as expected. The taste was not even at par with what we paid for. The service sucks. Beef and chicken strips were served first, then came in the soup, then the nachos. We called out to the waiter to follow up on the iced tea 3 times and we were already more than halfway into our meal before the iced tea was served.We were finished and my dad called out to the waiter again to serve the ice cream. And they didnt fail us, the service was still slow and there werent even that much people in the restaurant.Nonetheless, once we asked for the bill, it was handed to us in less than 30 secs..
