Taste and food variations are good for the price. :) It is much better than to spend the same amount at fastfood resto. Moreover, maybe you could use gravy or all around sarsa for lechon kawali and chicken than soy sauce and ketchup. Many ingredients are available for halu halo but maybe you could try syrups than white sugar. There is also a room for improvement for the fried dumplings and chili garlic sauce. :) House blend and green iced tea tastes very good. I like the design and ambience of the restaurant. Since there are many customers, I recommend to improve airconditioning unit since the restaurant has many customers. Actually many split type aircons are already installed, maybe filter needs frequent cleaning or higher hp? or you need to use floor mounted aircon instead.Although we didn't eat outside (garden area), I've observed that customers are having a hard time getting their food inside the resto since it's raining. Maybe you could build a canopy extending to the tent so that they do not need to use umbrellas every now and then especially for the kids. Overall, I had a great experience. :)
