    If you ask almost any Filipino what they think about Pork Sisig, they'd look back at you with eyes wide open, tastebuds beginning to water and say "SARAP! Tara Sisig tayo!" It's a Filipino-favorite for a reason and the ability to customize your own sisig seems like such a brilliant idea. We had the opportunity to try out a few of their dishes and it's easy to say we were underwhelmed. I have a list of restaurants where I think you can get much better sisig than what you can get here, headed by Rada's sisig, Ken Afford, Manam, and Empacho. Their sisig was soso, but for a place that brands itself as a sisig restaurant I was looking for amazing sisig I would crave for. The Crispy Pork Sisig (Php 159) was good, but I found that it wasn't as tasty as I would like and had quite a bit of mayonnaise on top. I had to add seasoning to it to add a bit more saltiness (Empacho and Manam sisig tend to be flavored perfectly right away). One positive was that the sisig was indeed crispy, although I would have liked more 'chicharon' so that it's crispy to the point that the other table can hear you chew. It's alright, but definitely did not meet expectations. The Bacon & Cheese Sisig (Php 159) was another best-seller that didn't meet expectatios. Bacon and Cheese is such a classic combination and combined with pork sisig should have been heartstoppinglygood. Alas, I was once again underwhelmed because it tasted okay, but nothing great. You get hints of bacon and cheese here and there but it was slighly more chewey than the crispy sisig. I personally prefer the Crispy Pork Sisig a lot more. We also had Salmon Sinigang to help infuse some friendly Omega 3 fats in our system after so much sisig. It was okay, but I found that it lacked the 'maasim' factor I was looking for. Ambiance was a bit humid since all the windows were open. It's actually outside seating and I think it's target customers are those who would like beer and sisig to go together. Service was okay but could be improved because they did forget to serve one of the dishes we ordered and we needed to remind them about it. Food Quality: 3.5Service Quality: 3.0Ambiance: 3.0Overall Quality: 3.0Cheers,Chef Jay

    Heard so much about Sisig Society, and being the "king" of the latest food trend, I was hugely disappointed. My colleague told me that the most delicious item in the menu is the Kare-Kare Sisig. I tried it but I felt it was a little bland. The thinly sliced bagnet was indeed crispy but then that's just about it. This dish is also difficult to pair with rice as their is no chewy texture in the dish. This dish is okay, but I had better.We also ordered the tusok-tusok platter: squidballs, kikiam, hotdogs, and fried chicken skin. My favorite would probably the kikiam. The hotdog is okay, the chicken skin is so weird as it is gummy yet flour-y. Another so-so dish.Service was okay, nothing exceptional. Hope they would improve as this restaurant can go big.

    Had a nice dinner in this food place at Eastwood. KTV set up with a nice and clean interior. As a sisig lover, I dig the concept of D.I.Y. sisig to what type of meat, sauce and toppings. They also offer a free Karaoke if you are in the mood for singing. Love this!Top picks:1. Crispy Kare kare - deep fried thinly sliced pork on top of a delicious kare kare sauce with bagoong. I love the way it is presented as you can use the sauce as a dip and dig in. Of course good with rice.2. Sinigang Bangus belly - a sour stew with bangus belly. Asim sarap will make you giggle. Delicious!3. Crispy Sisig - of course the star of the meal. It has mayonnaise dressing that is just right. A bit fix on seasoning will make this perfect .4. Nachos Sisig - Nachos topped with sisig. Nice way to start the meal.Will go back here. Thanks for the food

    I must say my fiancée is a sisig lover so we've definitely included Sisig Society in our foodtrip bucketlist. We tried creating our own version (which is actually good because you'll get the chance to pick what sauce you prefer). I rated them 2.5 because there's nothing really special about it - just ordinary for me. What I absolutely loved was their bottomless mojito! Trust me - the money you'll spend is truly worth it (if you like Mojitos a lot! Lol!) :)

    Overpriced for the quality of their sisig with rice. 169PHP. Canned sisig taste much better. Rice was serve cold first then after 5mins came the sisig it was not sizzling hot that the egg was still raw. Service was OK. Will not come back. Waste of money.
