What can I say, whenever I crave for sisig! I always thought of Sisig Hooray! one of the best sisig I ever tasted in the metro! The price is just right, because it is worth it. I always ordered their sisig barkada.

The sisig hooray is one of my favorite places to eat. The fact that you can eat a great sisig meal for less than 80 pesos is awesome for me. I usually buy their biggest serving of pork sisig and have fun from there.

Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! Hooray for Sisig Hooray! Undoubtedly, they have one of the best sisigs in the metro, no matter which branch you go to. I have to admit, that when I see them in a food court, the little fat kid inside of me gets all giddy, and excited screaming 'Hooray!' Since my last few visits have been at the branch in Robinsons Galleria, then this is where my review will go.Having tried all the different types of sisg that they have to offer, which by they way are all yummy. Hands down though, the pork is the best that they have to offer. And on top of that, in my opinion, sisig is one of the best pork dishes ever created. The way they serve it at Sisig Hooray!... Sublime! It's porky, crispy, salty, spicy, juicy, oily (but in a good way), and just darn mouth watering. When I line up or have to wait for my order, I really don't mind at all. It's worth the wait. Also, it allows me to watch the man with 2 cleavers chop that perfectly cooked pork chunk into little bits of sisig. There's a rhythm to it, like he's drumming to a beat, and it's even hypnotizing at times. Everything goes slow-motion like a movie. Imagining myself, a Hollywood director, and I'm shooting the best foodporn scene ever. But just like any movie, their may be a few errors. The rice isn't consistent. Sometimes it's perfect, undercooked, mushy, or it leaves a weird after taste a sandy texture on my tongue. I went to this branch a few days in a row, and the rice was different everyday. It's not only with this branch, but with the other branches that I too frequented a lot.Another thing that I think needs improvement, they need to think of better ways to make it spicier for a spicy food addict, such as myself. They only add in a few raw bits of little red chili peppers more commonly known as 'labuyo' and pop it in the microwave with the sisig. Sure, it makes the spiciness good, but not great. I wish they had better options like a labuyo oil or a spicy version of the sauce thay they mix everything in. The spiciness would spread evenly and beautifully all over the sisig, and eventually on the taste buds. The pork sisig though is the main star. The supporting actors and costumes are really all secondary. Now I shall go to the Dolby Theater (formerly known as the Kodak Theater) and get my Oscar. Or should I say Porkscar? LOL!Joking aside, you really can't go wrong with sisig at Sisig Hooray! Even if you say it's not healthy for the pork version, the other options like the bangus and squid are pretty good too. For less than P90, you can have a decent serving of any sisig with rice. Even the barkada orders, the ones that are good for 2-4 people, it's very affordable. Bang for your buck. After writing all of this, I have to admit I'm craving really bad for pork sisig. To go or not to go? That is the question...

Looking for a quick meal tonight and found Sisig Hooray at the Medical City. Ordered Bangus sisig and I liked it very much. My first time to try. Not bad for a quick cheap meal. I've always had pork sisig and I've known about their chicken sisig (haven't tried it though). I just saw today that they have squid sisig, and stake sisig too. Must try these flavors next time.

Got starved from working and decided to stroll the mall to look for a quick snack. Found this kiosk that offers variety of Sisig Flavors. Ordered their Pork Sisig with Egg and it was a very good meal for a quick snack.
