The beef nachos were the best part of the order! Lots of beef and cheese paired with their creamy garlic sauce. The ligero (beef) taco was normal, a little pricey (P85) for such a small taco with a bit of beef. Have had better ones at diff restos.The beef skewers were really good! A little tough because it was cooked medium well. Took a bit long with service though.More of a 3.5 stars! Service takes long and food is good tho a little overpriced for the serving sizes. Overall would come back though!

My family and I were looking for a resto that we haven’t tried before and we saw the bright signage of Silantro in UPTC and decided to eat there.When we got there, there’s a long queue and the customers will need to write their names on the list and after a few minutes the receptionist will call each to get the orders.It was worth the long wait.Lucho Tacos (Complete) - soft tacos and savory meat, good for two personsChicken Burrito - loaded and flavorful, good for two personsBeef Nachos - THE BEST! The nachos used are high quality, it doesn’t taste like the normal nachos you buy in cinemas or food stalls. The cheese doesn’t taste like the normal cheese you use at your home. Overloaded with tomatoes and beef.Caliente Wings - Not too spicy and not too sweet.Paella Fajita - The rice was a bit sticky. Lamb Chops - Tender and savory. Mashed potato was perfect.The only con is the drinking water, I assume that it’s a tap water, this is why I’m giving them a 4. Would love to give them a 4.5 pero 4 lang agad. Haha.

This is our go to place when in UPTC but just make sure you have time because the queue is usally long. Patience is needed and make sure you are not super hungry yet.Staff are very accomodating and courteous. Serving time is reasonable and so is the price and serving size.

THEY HAVE THE BEST NACHOS!!! Unlimited dips and all you want to say is, sir can I have a refill 😄 I also like the chicken wings! It’s very savory you wouldn’t forget the taste for sure! Best combination nachos and chicken wings and a beer if you’re a master of drinks.

We were here on a weekday. So thankful there are no long lines.Beef Nachos - We ordered this twice. Generous amount of nacho chips, beef chunks, and tomatoes. It's even yummier when you match this in their dips.Grilled Porkchop - We also ordered this twice (hindi satisfied sa isa lang?! 😂) Were easy to chew on. You can taste that these were grilled on charcoal. Comes also with rice. Good for sharing.Caliente Wings - Juicy chicken paired with their barbecue-y sauce with a little kick of spice.Caesar Salad - Vegetables were fresh and crunchy. They also added in some grilled chicken.Their dips are also a little extra. The dark green one was spicy, the white in the middle I think is garlic mayo and the light green dip was blended vegetables?! Not sure, just my guess. But they are perfect dips for your food.Place was quite small since there are lots of customers. Please expand?! HihiCrew were very attentive and polite.

How do you get a non-veggie eating boyfriend to try some delicious and healthy food? FEED HIM MEXICAN DISHES. OMG. I've never seen my BF be so willing and giddy to eat stuff filled with lettuce and tomatoes ever, yet Silantro has convinced him on a level that I cannot even reach! Haha! While their nachos are quite good, and their burritos and seafood fajita is amazing, for me, it's the soft tacos that are the stars of the show. Just...wow. The flavors, the textures, the fresh and spicy with the soft and crunchy... it's like a song turned into a delicious meal. Totally worth the wait in line (p.s. come early) So get your ass over to the nearest Silantro with your veggie-hating friend and get ready to see the stars in their eyes! 🤩

My favorite food here is their beef nachos and lamb chops. Food is very cheap even if the serving size was big and could feed two people. I also love their horchata :)
