We ordered their Old Beijing Beef Brisket Noodles, Old Beijing Chicken Brisket Noodles, and Siomai. For me, okay lang yung lasa. Chicken and beef was malambot so hindi mahirap nguyain. Medyo hindi ko lang gusto yung amoy ng broth because it smells like, curry/curry powder (yea I know weird) Big serving yung noodles nila kaya worth the price naman. We ordered the hand-pulled noodles and good thing don is nakikita mo kung pano gawin yung noodles na kakainin mo.Yung siomai, parang medyo malabsak pero masarap yung lasa.

Trying out a new stall in Trinoma's food court...We were in a hurry to eat a very late lunch last week. I saw Shou, a new-ish stall at the food court and beelined for it. I saw that they made Beef Brisket noodle soup and I was sold. Something light for a quick meal. My SO asked me to throw in an order of their pork siomai and siopao for good measure. He ordered his usual from Paotsin but was likewise curious about this new addition.I chose the hand pulled noodles (vs the egg noodles) for the base of this hearty soup. Watched the guy make it fresh before my eyes. I was anticipating a good complex broth and firm noodles, but we were disappointed.Maybe it's a preference thing, but I did not enjoy the soup. Weirdly enough, it was on the bland side for both of us. The siomai had an odd texture-- they were using ground pork that altered the usual and familiar mouth feel of a siomai. Not something we want to order again. My hubby said the siopao was alright, nothing that stands out in terms of taste.Unfortunately, we were not impressed by the food from Shou. Sorry!

Well, this was a small kiosk at Trinoma's food choices known for their hand pulled noodles.Food: I ordered the Old Beijing braised beef noodles. It was okay. The taste was just what I expected. Satiating. Decent serving size. The beef was very soooft! Melted in the mouth and was super tender.Staff: I was fascinated with how Kuya pulled and stretched the noodles. I felt my arms aching by just looking at it. Haha.

Food was kind of bland for my taste. But the hand pulled noodles was good. Chewy and soft—supposedly perfect for the broth. It was just disappointing that the quality of the broth was not good. The kuchai dumplings on the other hand tastes better. My only rant was it’s too small. Yes, I wish they could make their dumplings bigger in size. It looked like tiny dumplings to me. For the price, it’s very affordable.

I ordered braised beef and I liked it! Meat was flavorful and tender. They gave a good amount of serving. The sauce has a hint of spiciness which I like.Only nega comment is that rice wasn't cooked well.Happy tummy everyone!
