Can't go wrong with Shakeys... The cleanliness, fast service, roomy parking lot and ala sports bar ambiance is what makes this branch special. Perfect for quick weekend lunch out for a pizza loving family! Especially if you're a Bagbagueno in Novaliches QC!

Came here after being discharged from the hospital at 1 AM. Most of the service crew played the all too familiar behavior of fast food staff: avoidance, e.g. clumping in groups with their backs to the customers, strutting back and forth looking straight ahead and pretending to be deaf, and just plain "deadma" even after eye contact. Never coming back.

Another family favorite whenever there is a birthday to celebrate or just random hunger strikes. We love that this place is near our house. Since we always dine as a group, the Monster Meal Deal is the best option for us. Pizza, pasta, chicken... All in one deal.

Great food. I love the Cream of Mushroom Soup and Carbonara. Definitely tasted better than the one at Quezon Avenue branch. But we weren't satisfied with the service. There was not so much customers when we ate but our bill took long before it was given to us. We even had to follow up several times for it.

We love Shakey’s and our family got super excited to learn that there’s a new branch near us. We’ve been there many times now. The place is nice but customer service is very much lacking. The crew in that branch badly needs training. We usually went there night time and maybe they’re already tired but it’s amazing how offhand and totally lacking of joy they are to serve. Don’t want to drop names but they must get training ASAP.
