We got this good deal for our shakey's supercard. Each Monday until June 5 all chicken meals are at 40% off. We ordered 2 sets of rice for 30 each and the 5 pc chicken and mojo pack for an approximate total of 390 pesos including service charges. Not bad! We asked for spicy chicken, good thing they did not add the spices on our Mojos as it doesn't taste good on them. We asked for complimentary water instead of getting drinks which helped us save a lot. Again, I notice that waiters lately lacks smiles when they take orders from their customers. This restaurant's branch is not an exception. Do I have to wear a suit and tie to earn a smile? But good props still, they serve our meals fast and they refill our gravy for free.

we are two groups to eat. galing work makati to robinson galleria shakeys. we arrive at 8:45pm. our group came first at the said shakeys branch and we ask sa staff nila na pwede bang kantahan yung darating namin kasama because we are celebrating his birthday today. the staff said "sorry po sir kulang po kami sa staff" then sad face. then from now hindi na sila ngumingiti samin. what kind of customer service meron dito sa branch. inisip namin na dahil kulang daw sila sa staff baka pagod lang si dining staff. futher more nag set na sila ng table for 8 person. nag ask ulit kami if pwede kantahan yung my birthday para warm and masayahan kami. she went to his supervisor or branch manager. nag usap sila at tumingin samin at umiiling. sabi ko sa ka work ko wow. ang galing ng service dito. the staff came back to us and said na. dito nalang sa table kakantahan ng happy birthday ang celebrant. habang nag sset na sila ng table namin na pansin namin na gulo gulo ang set up ng fork, knife, tissue and paper placematt ng shakeys. my co worker said ay sure pagod na sila kaya ganyan na ang service nila. futher more dumating na ang mga kasama namin and the birthday celebrant. kinantahan naman ng mga staff ng shakeys ang celebrant but lahat sila nakasimangot. parang nakakaasar lang sila na napipilitan. futher more sa gilid namin merong mga lagayan ng mga utensils nila habang kumakain na kami dahil 9:30pm nag pa last order na sila at pasarado na daw sila. binagsak nila sa lagayan nila yung steel na lagayan ng pizza na parang nag dadabog ang ingay nakakaireta na.! we still need to be happy dahil masisira ang celebration.bottom line poor quality of service nakakabastos kayo ng customer niyo! if pagod na kayo we understand but that is your job. SHAKEYS ROBINSON GALLERIA YOU WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN.! and we will tell to our friends and college how we disappointed because of your POOR SERVICE.!
