INSTILL RESPECT ON YOUR STAFFS!After our 10pm toxic duty, my workmates and I decided to eat out. We were four. Since Shakey's is just a walk-away, we chose here.Service: 1.0The first staff that assisted us was okay. She asked for our orders politely. We ordered Family Deal 1 with Chicken and Mojos instead of a Spaghetti Platter. After like 3-5mins, we decided to add spaghetti platter that is not included with the deal. We figured that it will costs us less if we ordered Deal 1 with Spaghetti platter and just add chicken and mojos (200+) rather than Deal 1 with Chicken and mojos and additional Spaghetti (300+). We asked another staff (I wished I got her name!) If we could adjust our order. The orders will be the same but the charging will be changed. Then she answered (nonverbatim), "No. This is not Jollibee where you can void orders. This is a fine dining restaurant." Well that kinda insulted us. We're not new to Shakeys. We have money to pay for our meals. It's practical to ask something that will cost us less. We were just asking. She further explained that though it's a Monday, the orders will be left opened if there's a change. And that they will be open just until 2am. Still, we go with the additional Spaghetti platter. We can pay, b*tch!Food: 2.0We noticed that the pasta served was not hot. The pizza was not good either.Then, after sometime, a staff started busing our tables. It was okay when she removed all the empty plates. But to our surprise, she also tried removing my workmate's plate while he was still eating his pizza. We just told her that he was not even done yet!Your staffs may be tired but remember your customer may also be the same or much more tired. Customers pay for food and services. Without customers, you wont have a living. Instill respect on your staffs. Improve on your customer service.

Good standard Shakey's branch with a party area for special events. They also have an arcade of sorts for the kids! I went to join a surprise party for one of my friends here at this branch. The party area together with the arcade is an interesting combination, making this Shakey's branch a better party venue than other Shakey's branches.

I like this Shakey's branch. Spacious, and the staff are courteous. Ordered the ultimate bunch of lunch and the soup was served hot and the salad fresh. Newly prepared pasta, pizza and chicken were served right after. Shakey's is always a favorite.

Service crew were attentive and courteous. Fast service and food is good. Very spacious, room is well lit and has natural light since the windows are strategically placed in parallel with the road (E. Rodriguez). The ambiance is unparalleled: interiors are good, function/party room is present, arcade area looks great and attractive. Overall spacious except the restroom (which is a little bit small). And did I mention that they serve FAST here and the food is good! (just like all its other branches here in QC).

Big fan of shakey's but I love this branch since the crew are very attentive and they always smile. As for the food It's the first time I tried ordering their Shakey's Special pizza. Not really my type. This include's their spaghetti, not really a fan of it. But everything is ok.

My mom loves thin crust pizzas and this location is conveniently beside St. Luke's, so we're frequent customers. We usually have their version of Hawaiian pizza, because you can't go wrong with a classic, but just once we decided to try one of their newfangled meatless pizzas. I don't know what came over us, something about coming from a hospital maybe had inspired us to be more healthy?Two words. Just. Don't.

Spending a birthday celebration with our Chief PT and the whole staff. We've tried the NEW Cali Kani Pizza of Shakey's Philippines and I love it so much coz I'm a california maki fanatic... Definitely,You'll love the flavorful taste of Cali Kani Pizza, loaded with yummylicious Kani, Nori strips,Fish Roe, Peaches with Roasted Japanese Sesame dressing.Also,the place is huge and has a good interior designs of a typical Shakeys Pizza Parlor. Shakeys is one of my favorite food heaven, love the tasteful carbonara and mojos, my favorites.

Our experience here is something that I will never forget. Our waitress was so aggressive with selling us the Super Card that we actually wasted a good 10 mins with her telling us the perks of having it, forcing us to buy the card and us just refusing and saying that we will think about it. So yeah, I was a bit annoyed because we came from the Airport and was stuck in traffic for a long time. And in the end, because the waitress was so fixated with the Super card, she gave us an upgrade with our order that is supposedly for Super card holders only. And it's such a shame because we only noticed it when we left. but anyway, Food is of course good this has been tested and proven for a long time. It just varies with the service.

okay ang presentation ng food. medyo matabang lang ang mga pasta pero masarap ang pizza nila.. May kamahalan din ng konti pero lagi kami ng family ko dito kumakain nung nasa Bayani St. pa kami nakatira.

Everything was fine except the staff who kept on asking us to avail of their membership card. We succumed as the deal was too hard to resist. Back to the food. The pizza is perfectly crispy and thin as we always like it, the mojos and chicken still to die for and the iced tea is still best in pitcher. Always a delight to eat but the staff made me grade it lesser than i would like to.
