INSTILL RESPECT ON YOUR STAFFS!After our 10pm toxic duty, my workmates and I decided to eat out. We were four. Since Shakey's is just a walk-away, we chose here.Service: 1.0The first staff that assisted us was okay. She asked for our orders politely. We ordered Family Deal 1 with Chicken and Mojos instead of a Spaghetti Platter. After like 3-5mins, we decided to add spaghetti platter that is not included with the deal. We figured that it will costs us less if we ordered Deal 1 with Spaghetti platter and just add chicken and mojos (200+) rather than Deal 1 with Chicken and mojos and additional Spaghetti (300+). We asked another staff (I wished I got her name!) If we could adjust our order. The orders will be the same but the charging will be changed. Then she answered (nonverbatim), "No. This is not Jollibee where you can void orders. This is a fine dining restaurant." Well that kinda insulted us. We're not new to Shakeys. We have money to pay for our meals. It's practical to ask something that will cost us less. We were just asking. She further explained that though it's a Monday, the orders will be left opened if there's a change. And that they will be open just until 2am. Still, we go with the additional Spaghetti platter. We can pay, b*tch!Food: 2.0We noticed that the pasta served was not hot. The pizza was not good either.Then, after sometime, a staff started busing our tables. It was okay when she removed all the empty plates. But to our surprise, she also tried removing my workmate's plate while he was still eating his pizza. We just told her that he was not even done yet!Your staffs may be tired but remember your customer may also be the same or much more tired. Customers pay for food and services. Without customers, you wont have a living. Instill respect on your staffs. Improve on your customer service.

Good standard Shakey's branch with a party area for special events. They also have an arcade of sorts for the kids! I went to join a surprise party for one of my friends here at this branch. The party area together with the arcade is an interesting combination, making this Shakey's branch a better party venue than other Shakey's branches.

I like this Shakey's branch. Spacious, and the staff are courteous. Ordered the ultimate bunch of lunch and the soup was served hot and the salad fresh. Newly prepared pasta, pizza and chicken were served right after. Shakey's is always a favorite.
