Service is fine, cafe ambiance is fine, and teas are okey. This branch is the perfect venue for a quick hangout/catching up with friends. If you're planning to bring a car, don't. Parking is always full especially at night.

Nursing a cold from the busy week and weird weather... I suddenly craved for some comfort and lots of fluids! Since I needed some Vitamin C, I turned to an oldie but goodie from Serenitea... The Calamansi Black Tea!😍 It's been a while!I asked my bf to buy me a CBT (nuks), 75% sweetness, second brew, less ice, with green tea jelly... He asked me to text him that order...😅 bakit daw ang haba?! tea lang naman yun diba? ganun talaga noh! oh well...😁 I also wanted some pepper corn to go with that drink... I eagerly awaited my dose of vitamin c... It was soooooooo gooooood!!!😍 I should not have gone with the sinkers this time though, since I was under the weather... My bf had his usual wintermelon milk tea with nata... And he also bought mochi balls (?), which were bite-sized pieces of bread in chocolate and green tea flavor... It wouldn't be my pick from the Serenitea snack lineup... I love the pepper corn!💜Try it guys: CALAMANSI BLACK TEA!!!😍

Management sucks. Whats the point of posting a reminder on the wall "tone down your voice in courtesy of other customers", if you cant ask those who talk too loud, to tone down their voice since its disturbing? And their reason is "maam siya (referring to the loud lady) po kasi yung kapatid ng may ari nitong building" and so? She didnt even bought a drink. Plus, hello? Im a customer, i should get the service i paid for.My bestie and I actually thought that we found a gem, but i guess were both wrong and never coming back. This place sucks 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Place itself is good. Comfy chairs. They also offer non-drink items on the menu which is a plus. Parking is difficult since the area is also a car wash place. Can be good for your car if they accidentally cleaned it haha.

Buying a drink for a senior is now a hassle in Serenitea.  They actually have to see them even with an authorization from them.  They will go to where they are which is just outside in the car to see personally.  Kinda inconvenient for seniors who can't go to the actual store.  Anyway, place is cozy.  Got my Hokkaido which is a fave.  Parking is difficult because the place is shared with a carwash.
