We love their different Pinoy-flavored ice creams although a bit pricey. Their mango witb bagoong ice cream is a must try for first timers.

A must-try artisanal ice cream place! I tried to go adventurous and braved the green mango sorbet with bagoong. It was really sour. Hahaha! The taste of bagoong in ice cream was weird for me but it was worth the try! Definitely want to try other extraordinary flavors soon!

This place is really creative when it comes to Filipino flavors of their ice cream. It was hard to choose at first. I only tasted the Sapin-sapin ice cream, it really tasted like sapin-sapin. I ordered the Green Mango and Bagoong! It was good! But I had next the Champorado and Tuyo! The champorado ice cream alone was great! Although the tuyo was actually a different kind of fish (dilis???) it was really great! I recommend this one over the green mango!

Late post. 😑We were just around the Katipunan area when I suddenly thought of treating the family to something that they haven't tried yet, so in comes Sebastian's (to-go since it we had a lot of places to still go to that day) on top of the list. Parking can be quite hassle since slots are limited, but oh well, it's always an issue along Katipunan avenue. 😝Can't remember what everyone else in the family ordered but mine was a scoop of the [Chocolate Chip] Cookie Dough and a scoop of Chocoholics Anonymous (not very adventurous especially in trying flavors like the green mango with bagoong so uhh . . hahahah).Looove the cookie dough! I love it when a dish or a dessert has butter and this flavor has it so it's just . . . *ran out of words to say 😁* The chocoholics is gooood, the dark chocolate chunks and the thick fudge swirl just made me forget that I was dead tired and had a few more things-to-do that day!I also appreciate that the servers would let you try some of their ice cream if you're undecided on ordering a flavor you're not quite familiar with (just like what my mom did). 👍🏻Five words: pricey but definitely worth it.Hopefully I can pay my college Alma Mater a visit one of these days so that I have an alibi to visit Sebastian's again. 😝

(Review for Oct 19)Sebastian's is my favorite place in Katipunan to get ice cream when I feel like splurging. Their ice cream is so rich, smooth & lip-smacking good! Their flavors are also always interesting & it's great that they let you taste the ice cream when you're undecided with what to order. I usually order their champorado ice cream because aside from it being really really good, it brings back memories of when I was a kid enjoying a hot bowl of champorado. The flavor is spot on. They also usually have other Pinoy-themed flavors such as Sapin-Sapin, Bibingka, and even Green Mango with Bagoong! I also enjoy ordering their super indulgent ice cream sandwiches & milkshakes. For this visit, I ordered my favorite brownie milkshake. It was heavenly as usual! They use their dark chocolate ice cream as the base & they blend in brownie pieces as well. It was nicely thick & well worth the P120 I spent.Sebastian's is definitely perfect for people who love indulging in ice cream & appreciate unconventional flavors.

A few weeks back, I asked my bf if we could have dinner at Katipunan... I was craving for pizza and I thought of Gino's... After dinner, I wanted to try Salt bakery! I asked my bf if we could just walk-- and we did!!! Only to find out that it was already closed!!!😭😭😭 So I figured, let's just go to Sebastian's for ice cream... We figured we'll just get the double scoop and share... I remember liking their green mango and bagoong ice cream and their sapin-sapin flavor... But since we would be sharing the cup, my bf vetoed both suggestions... We asked to try some of the flavors available... We agreed on the cookie dough and the puto bumbong flavor... The cookie dough was okay, nothing special... But my bf is not adventurous when it comes to ice cream!😅 we both thought that the puto bumbong was okay initially... But when you eat a lot of it, the texture gets really weird and gritty... We couldn't finish the ice cream anymore... These are not the flavors to try at Sebastian's...Other than the disappointing flavors, the staff were rude... They begrudgingly let us taste the ice cream flavors when we were politely asking... One of them rolled their eyes when we were trying to decide on our flavors... It's not like they had other customers and we are essentially not an indecisive kind of couple... Ugh, not happy with this experience...😡

Dark chocolate with chicharon is an unlikely combination but it's not so bad. It's just that the chicharon is only an aftertaste when I was expecting it to be more like having a combined flavor.

One of my go-to places for dessert. They have a wide selection of Ice Cream and Ice pops, from fruity, to chocolatey, to out of this world flavors. Love their pride month specials, The Woof Bear Pop!

Unique flavors. Very yummy. Love the chilly burgers! I've tried a lot of their flavors. Worth recommending to all my family and friends. Will definitely go back for their ice cream again!

Sebastian's is a bold order. They started as a small stall in The Podium. That already upgraded to a typical cafe size. Now they have two more buzzing artisan ice cream locations. Watch out foreign franchises! This local has much potential to go big. Creativity brought them here. With out of the box flavors like Manga with Bagoong, multi colored Sapin Sapin and Champorado with Dilis, they just simply built a name. My friend and I visited to try out their Christmas offerings. Too bad, their Dark Chocolate Peppermint Crunch is out of stock. Mint is my thing! Anyway got to indulge on their rendition of Puto Bumbong. It's kakanin ice cream with grated coconut and muscovado sugar for different sweet addition. It's ube and a lot more. Its creamy and with the right balance of sweetness. Queso de Bola is the other, loved it, cheesy with real presence of Marca de Puna Queso de Bola cheese. My friend loved the Macademia White (white chocolate ice cream with macademia) while I found it too simple. I guess I was here to try their bold picks. It does have a charm to it- light, milky and nutty. A nice dive bar is what we shared. Hazelnut presence was there with a tease of salt from its outer shell. The crunch on the outside and their signature creamy feel makes it a nice bite every time.
