Me-An and I are big sauce lovers. For us, a good sauce can turn a seemingly dry, lifeless dish into something really yummy. When I learned the existence of Sandwicheese!, a restaurant that serves anything with cheese on it, from Me-An, I couldn’t resist trying it out too. For a little bit of a background, Sandwicheese! came from the same owners of Banapple, Sandwicheese’s sibling that is a bakery cafe. In fact, Sandwicheese! branch in SM North is located just beside Banapple.

There was not much people when I came here, I wanted to enjoy the peaceful ambiance but I’m quite in a hurry so I just ordered for takeout. I like that it was freshly prepared, I have to wait for a while but it’s worth it. Love the simple presentation as well with the Sandwicheese sticker.

Sandwicheese recently opened a branch in SM City North EDSA Sky Garden. Just the word cheese made me agree into having a quick snack here when we passed by this place. The Salsa and Cheese Nachos is basically nachos topped with jalapeño slices, cheese sauce and some spicy salsa and grated cheese. I don't know if it's just me or the salsa is too spicy, I liked the jalapeño slices and the cheese. I think it would taste better sans the salsa if it is the culprit in making it too spicy, but it's not bad at all, especially for those who love spicy foods. A single serving can also be good for sharing and it only costs 80 pesos. The Supersonic Frankfurter Sandwicheese is made of  garlic cream cheese, chili bolognese, jalapeños, relish, mozarella and parmesan cheese, cheese sauce and a cornmeal bun. For 160 pesos, you can enjoy a big and scrumptious sandwich. It's a bit spicy and cheesy. The cheese and bacon makes a great combination. One serving can be good for sharing if you're not a hearty eater. This sandwich is a must try, it's delicious and a bang for the buck.We also tried the Banapple Homemade Brewed Iced Tea. It is refreshing and not too sweet. One tall glass costs 65 pesos. The Pretty Green Slush is made of calamansi, mint and brewed tea. It is served with crushed ice, it's more like an ice cone, only that it is not served in a cone. It is not sour as some would expect because of the calamansi. It doesn't even taste like an iced tea to me. It tastes like a mint candy that is melted in water. A glass costs 80 pesos.Sandwicheese offers good food at a reasonable price. Service is also good and fast. The place is clean and has a lively ambiance. They have enough space to accommodate more than a few groups of people during mealtimes when other restaurants are full. This restaurant is worth a try and I think that they will be here to serve customers some nice food for a while.RATINGS: Food: 4/5Cleanliness: 5/5Ambiance: 5/5Service: 5/5Price: 5/5

3 🌟 for food taste ( We actually ordered for some other sandwich which I wasn't able to took the photo. The taste is okay but nothing special given the price and servings. Maybe I'll try something else next time 'coz it's not too bad at all.)3 🌟 for service ( Since we seat outside area it was hard to call for assistance.)2 🌟 for ambiance ( The space was quite small and you'll happen to bump into some other customers as you enter the place.)3 🌟 for experience

The place was cozy and laid-back, if you want to catch up with friends or just chill. I liked their dalandan slushie. It goes great with their chicken pesto sandwich!!

We tried this one since we were very hungry after window shopping at Trinoma. The place is clean and have spacious. We ordered the following. 1. Chicken Caesar Sanwicheese (170) - This sandwich has fried real chicken patty with veggies and melted cheese. They use wheat bread. The taste was as I've expected from a ceasar salad sandwich. The serving is generous that I think is equivalent for a meal of two rice. 😂2. Drippin' roast beef sandwicheese (160) - I was in awe on my first bite in this because of it's rich and flavorful beef. It's a sandwich with roast beef, mushrooms, and cheese. I was surprised that roast beef and cheese can deliver such great flavor in a sandwich. This is definitely highly recommended. 👍I would suggest that they serve their sandwich on a plate since it's difficult to slice the sandwich on just a tray with a paper underneath.

It was already 10PM when we went here and the servers were still lively and accommodating. They really add to brightening up the place. Since I visited on a weekday night and it was already late, I had to take home my food. Despite it, the servings I got were still huge. The meal I got was a best value for money. Yes, it's pricier than fast food, but really that loads of cheese and big sandwich is truly worth my money.I ordered Drippin' Roast beef cheese since it was their best seller. Although it's far from the Philadelphia's cheese steak or White House's sandwich in Georgia, I really appreciate the sandwich. The beef was sweet and flavorful which was compatible with the cheese. They added mushrooms which made it tastier. You must try this with their seasoned fries which comes with two dips (WOW!) and their house blended iced tea. I SUPER LOVE their seasoned fries with dips. I'll definitely come back for more. We'll also blog about this soon, because it's really reasonable.By Me-AnJust reasonable food, travel and etc.

Looking for a place to eat, I chanced upon this sandwich shop by Banapple that is always full. I checked their menu and it's mostly different kinds of sandwiches topped with cheese, hence the name of the shop. They also offer some rice meals and salads.I ordered the shredded pork sandwicheese because it sounded appetizing and I was also looking for a pulled pork sandwich. The cashier offered an additional P120 for Chili and Cheese Nachos and Iced Tea to go with it, I agreed.Iced tea came first and it was a house-blended version, not some powdered mix. The nachos came next. I love that it was thin and crispy and the toppings are generous. I was happy that the chili and cheese were enough to cover until the last piece of chip. Then came the sandwich. It was normal looking, just like any sandwich on a sandwich bun and topped with cheese spread. I let my guard down and just took a bite. OMG! It was heaven on first bite. The bun was super soft and absorbed the flavor of the meat. The sandwich was also heavy when you lift it, indicating it is packed with toppings. The shredded pork is well-marinated, generous, and not oily at all. I remember eating a meat sandwich in the past and the oil drippings flow down my arms as I eat them. The cheese was actually not needed since the sandwich was flavorful, but it added moisture and made the sandwich more appetizing.I was super happy and satisfied with the sandwich that I called my wife and asked if she wanted one. I ordered their best seller, Dripping Roast Beef Sandwicheese. I had a bite or two when she was eating it. The flavor was so good it's like floating in the air. The meat needed more tenderness though but it was okay. Likewise, it was heavy because the meat was packed. Indeed, a value-for-money sandwich. Will definitely be back.

Ordered the Cheesy Roast Beef Sandwich. At first the presentation didn't look so promising but then after digging in I realized how the entire toppings were so full. Lots of beef, right for a meat lover like me. It was a little salty though, but the aftertaste is not so strong that a gulp of water is enough to wash it. Not so fond of the staff that was there..they seem a little to casual for me. Coming back for their French Onion sandwich.
