This is one ofthe restaurants I was interested in at The Yard's Food Crawl sponsored by website and Andy Cola.Im a cheese fiend so Sandwicheese is right up there in my list of food to taste pronto.PigOutSundays loved their signature frankfurter sandwicheese. Will definitely come back for that.Grilled cheese sandwicheese was already cold when it was served to us. Sad. There's the rub. For me there is nothing worse than cold , unappetizing grilled cheese

Me and my girlfriend Gen (I am the boyfriend writing this under her account) went to Sandwicheese VERY hungry today after we walked around the Pinto Museum for a couple of hours on an already empty stomach. We found the pictures and high score of this place on website to make it the obvious choice for a lunch-out but we were disappointed by the disgusting "food" served to us and I have trouble even calling it food because it was so bad. My girlfriend was mad at me because I did not want to finish my nasty sandwich and she wanted me to wrap it up and give it to a street child but I told her that it would be better for a poor child on the street who is used to going hungry to go hungry another night rather than to give them this disgusting sloppy sandwich. It would embarrass me to give this sandwich to ANYONE let alone my girlfriend of all people so i felt so bad that she ate here tonight and that we wasted money there. Despite what the pictures show these are not /real/ sandwiches. By that I mean if you are looking for a good sandwhich PLEASE look elsewhere for that or make your own because what this is is this: You get a dripping roast beef sandwhich and you get a sandwhich with poorly seasoned almost tasteless beef that is soft and in some unflavorful nasty sauce and then you get a TON of fake orange cheese on top and some fake white cheese shreds too. That is the sandwhich. And then if you get hikory pork bbq sandwhich you get the same but with pork that cant be tasted because it is DOUSED (drenched heavily) in a thick sweet/salty bbq sauce that over powers the taste of the meat- which is kind of dry by the way not moist with its own pork flavor. Then we had nachoes too and you know what we had better nachos two nights before at a movie theater and they cost less. So the verdict here is that the place is so bad it should be shut down and they should not be serving and charging for food here because the food here is so poor. We also got a calamnsi slushy that was supposed to have a hint of mint  taste. That was OK. The only other person at this place (it was mainly empty. just us two customers and him and his family) ordered hot wings and seasoned fries...I should have taken that as a sign that the sandwicheeses here are no good if the only customer comes here for an order of wings.

[Note: Late post.]It's so much fun to do research. It makes me feel... younger (as it brings back college memories).  Some colleagues and I decided to go to the Rizal Library of Ateneo to do some research for planning and before going college mode all over again, we decided to stop by Sandwicheese, a small sandwich restaurant along Katipunan for lunch.First thing we noticed was that it seemed to be owned by the same owner as Banapple as there were stickers of Banapple on the window.

When Sandwicheese was new, I'd eat here all the time. Since it's been a loooong time since I last ate here, I thought of trying it again!I had their best seller, the Drippin' Roast Beef Sandwicheese. Their sandwicheeses are pretty big. Good value for money since the Drippin' Roast Beef is only Php160! I didn't even get to finish it. Only ate half of it. 😊In terms of taste, it's a little on the sweet side. This is probably because of the cheese sauce they use. I love cheese and cheese-flavored things. 😂 So I really liked that Sandwicheese lives up to their name. They're pretty generous with their cheese sauce.Hoping to eat here more often and try their other dishes. They also offer salads! 👍

Drippy, gooey, yummy philly cheesesteak sandwiches! The potato bread is the perfect vessel for the meat because it absorbs all its juices but still keeps its shape. The potato salad is also good. It has the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savoury.
