I've been calling the delivery number many times, but no one's answering the phone. What kind of customer service you have 😡 Very disappointing service!!!

Rufo’s is known for their all-day breakfast meals and an extensive menu, and most especially, their tapa. They’re also usually open 24/7 and they also offer delivery service. So this time, we tried their branch in Eastwood City for breakfast. It’s in Citywalk at the Central Plaza beside Dairy Queen.

Ordered Pork chop and was utterly disappointed. The pork was undercooked and the skin didnt have any crisp in it. It looked like the pork swam in oil before it got fried. The rice was all gooey and not at all grainy, which made you think you were eating a rice cake. Id only go back here if it was the last establishment open while trying to get a meal to get off a bad hang over.

Disappointing. I went here with my balik bayan friends. They missed Tapsilog so much so we headed in this place. Aside from service was so poor, the tapsilog was no good.

First Rufo's branch that I tried and I really love their tapa! It is like a beef stew and I really love the sauce on it. It's just that it is pricey for the quantity of food served. Nakakabitin.Place was a little spacious naman. They have a little space for events/reservations but I think not for parties. It's sad that they removed their branch along P.Noval street where I am much nearer.

Did you know that tocino means bacon in Spanish? I was craving for tocino that’s why I went to Rufo’s to have some tocino meal and gladly they served it the way I like how they cooked my tocino and egg served with fried rice.#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️

Im so excited to try their tapa because I heard a lot about it! Okay so we ordered their famous tapa, longanisa and for the desert i forgot the name sorry. Anyway, tapa is just tapa for me. Nothing too special about it (atleast ive tried) longanisa is just also a longanisa :) but im happy that staff is accomodating and friendly eventhough this branch is 24/7 i think. The place for me is a bit crowded because not enough space for the customers. But anyways still Good job guys! I will comeback here soon. I promise :)Food-👍🏼Place-👌🏼Staff-💯

For anyone who frequently dines at any Rufo's branch, one of the things that probably keeps them coming back is surely its taste. It's distinctively sweet, savory flavor profile that pretty much dominates all of its dishes is quite popular. We've had Rufo's food delivery at work many, countless times, and one of the most common comments I hear is that the food is too sweet for their liking. I have no complaints though, as anything sweet, and savory at the same time can win my heart. Pictured here, even their sisig is cooked on the sweet side! Perfect, when paired with their garlice rice.

I don't even know why they claim that their tapa is famous. Tastewise, it is very uneventful. To think that we actually went here because we're gullible enough to believe that their tapa has an edge against 20 pesos tapsilog sa kanto. But, no. It hasn't. That was just the taste, now with regard to portions, I can't even describe how disappointed I am with how little the serving was. And that costs P119.00, not worth a single centavo. I was even still hungry when we left.Never going back.

It was our first time to dine here so my husband and I tried their famous tapa. We were surprised that their tapa was on the "saucy" side. The serving was too little and thanks to the sauce which was a big help for us to finish the rice. Quite disappointed so I'm not sure if we will be back again to this place in the future. I definitely won't recommend it to family and friends.
