Their beef salpicao won me over! I like how it is salty and flavorful, really best paired with white rice. I wish this place is bigger and would have more comfy seats.

I just dropped by here to buy some cakes for my loved ones. However, I love the place. And I also love how efficient the crew are.I had Sansrival and Blueberry Cheesecake and both are really good. Will update this review once I was able to eat the main entrees.

I've tried Papa Diddi's and Crepeman before but I never noticed this place. I was checking out places for desserts and this was the nearest from where we had dinner so we gave this place a try. In all fairness their Red Velvet Cake tastes soooo good and it is only 95 php! We also had their Green Tea and Mocha Frappe and I can say that they serve quality cakes and drinks here for a very affordable price. I would love to go back to this place to try their main dishes.

We were looking for a cafe where we could study and we saw this place. It's very simple and a little bit crowded but it's quite and there's not much people. We ordered green tea frap, Oreo cheesecake and super moots chocolate. The super moist chocolate was really moist and everything tastes good! Plus the prices are cheap! Great place for dessert!

Camilla Figg works for the Miami Metro Police Department as a records supervisor.  She is friends with Harry Morgan and knew Dexter and Debra as kids.  How is this relevant to my review?  Well,  Camilla's wish is to have the best Key Lime Pie before she succumbs to lung cancer.  Dexter honored her wishes and brought the best pie in Florida.  And this is the first tine I've heard of KLP. As per Wikipedia,  Key lime pie is an American dessert made of Key lime juice, egg yolks, and sweetened condensed milk in a pie crust.  The dish is named after the small Key limes (Citrus aurantifolia 'Swingle') that are naturalized throughout the Florida Keys. The first time I visited Maginhawa was during a legal holiday.  Bad idea eh?  Sort of,  some of the restaurants are closed.  Round Robin is one of the joints that is open.   I wasn't hungry that time, but i opted to swing by Round Robin.  I wanted to make the most out of my visit (Sunk Investment Bias).  RR is a typical hole-in-the-wall joint.  When i say small,  i mean that in the purest sense of the word.  A couple of tables inside,  a small space for the counter and the minimalist inspired loo.  They serve pasta,  coffee,  frozen coffee drinks and pastries.  I saw KLP on the menu.   A flashback of the Dexter episode played in my head.  KLP is an actual dessert,  not a figment of the writers imagination.   Got myself a slice.  I need to satisfy my curiousity.Remove the meringue topping,  KLP is the doppelganger of a NY cheesecake.  And it tastes nothing like the NY native,  that I am certain, it tastes a hundred times better.  I am a sucker for anything citrus.  Brace yourself for a deluge of praises. The pie filling is similar to a custard with subtle hints of lime.  Creamy ,  semi sweet and tangy.  The texture of the filling is light.  Albeit the light as air texture,  the flavor lingers in your tastebuds for days.  I like the fact that this is not overly sweet and has enough tart that will entice your tastebuds.  Not too sour and not too sweet, language experts shoud invent a word for that.  And the crust is not too thick,  they dont skimp on the pie filling,  each slice is enough to satisfy pie cravings. Suffice to say that i understand Camilla for requsting KLP before she kicks the bucket.

Though it's not that spacious enough for you to bring a lot of friends, it kicks back on how good their cakes are. I love the key Lime and Banoffee Pies. Nothing much spectacular with the Red Velvet cake. I also love the Green Tea Frappe and White Chocolate Frappe but I haven't had the chance to have it captured since I'm running out of batteries.

Been here for the nth time. I really love this cute cafe. Lengua is the best. Also like their pasta and coffee specially their cakes (Red Velvet and Roasted Macadamian Sansrival). A must try! ✅✅😃

It's a small cozy place, we chose to stay outside and it was still fine. I ordered the Mango Crepecake and it was awesome! I think I would've gotten another one had it not been a little pricey. I also tried the Roasted Macadamian Sansrival, it was a little dry and crunchy.

Wasn't really expecting a lot from Round Robin but the 2 slices that we ordered (Red Velvet) and (Salted Caramel) were really great!! Both slices tasted just right and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!

I think I had a Green Tea Frappe but no whipped cream on it. They had no whipped cream that day..not happy 😑 Buti siguro kung accommodating yung staff nila..eh hindi rin..😒 Parang tamad lang silang mag-serve sa customers nila that day. Roasted Macadamian Cake was good..and my hubby had Spaghetti with Meatballs. Not really happy with our first visit. I've read the reviews first before going here, maybe, we were dismayed by their service. If okay sana yung staff and stock. Also, when we were looking on their menu, kasi lahat ng hingin kong drinks ay hindi available, it seemed siya pang irritated sa paghihintay kaya nagmadali nalang ako and ended up with the green tea even without the whipped cream. Never ako naging masungit sa staff, so I don't know why she was in a hurry when there were only few of us customers to attend to. 👎🏼
