This is a new place to try in Katipunan, White Plains area. We enjoyed their bibingka. It was moist, sweet and a bit salty because of the melted cheese and salted egg. I suggest that you better eat it while its still hot. We also enjoyed their garlic longganisa meal and their tex-mex chili with fantan roll. Though we're not sure on what's the exact theme of the restaurant because of the variety of food on their menu we will still give it a 3 on a scale of 1-5.

Nachos, good. Lasagna, great! Everything else is average but their Bibingka and Puto Bumbong are perfect! Place is small but comfy. Service is good, very friendly.

When I eat at Roast I always order the Quarter Pounder (Php 165) plus the truffle mushrooms add-on (Php 60). The bread is soft and does not dry up the mouth. Good quality beef. In short it tastes really really really good. lRoast is known for their coffee, hence the name. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha (hot). Could use a little more peppermint. The coffee is strong, which I like.

We ordered Roast Grilled Pork and Pomodoro and it taste really good. Highly recommended. I haven't tried their bibingka which they are known for but will defintely try it when I come back. Also, their Warburn wine is exquisite! You have to try it too.

I like Roast in the morning when you aim to study. It's a little more crowded at night with yuppies looking to blow off steam, so you will still be in good, albeit noisy, company. On an unsually quiet Thursday night, my friend and I wanted to eat after enjoying a lengthy massage. We went all the way to the White Plains area because of the late closing time of this establishment. We started off with nachos, which I would suggest that you just skip. The colorful chips had two toppings--beef and cheese. That's it and I found it lacking. I ordered the chorizo pasta, which was oily and just okay for me; my friend had the lasagna, which she enjoyed since it was very cheesy. We both sipped on our respective frappes (Peppermint mocha for me, Salted Caramel for my friend) while we waited for our bibingka. Our choice had kesong puti and salted egg on top for added flavor... I think we both enjoyed the frappes and bibingka the most! Their staff were really nice. The owners were likewise very accomodating. Prices were reasonable. I recommend their bibingka!
