I love and adore RedBox! For just a few hundreds of pesos you can have a room, a videoke, and buffet lunch! Full board meals from appetizers to main courses to desserts. Food were actually good, all tasty. The promo is available from 11am to 2pm everyday in Trinoma. I dunno about the other branches. It’s just the place wasn’t well-maintained anymore. The couch in the room we stayed at were already torn, and the comfort rooms weren’t as clean as they used to be when it first opened up. If you aren’t too choosy on a place, this is very much recommended. You can really rock, dine, and roll!

The karaoke experience is awesome. I like how they set the karaoke with categories which makes it very easy to find the latest or most popular songs. The songs are updated to say the least. The buffet is okay. I haven't tried the other food choices. The place is okay. It's a fun bonding experience for barkadas and colleagues. My family went here twice already and it's always been a good experience with both the food and the karaoke time.

Red box is a great place to enjoy a night of drinking and karaoke, of course! However, I feel like the meals they served were at an unreasonable price considering the quality of their dishes, it should have been cheaper. You're also not allowed to eat food from the outside which was a bummer because I didn't appreciate their food that much. If you did eat food from the outside you'll have to pay 500-1000 pesos? Long story short: karaoke is a hit, food? Not so much.

I will review the food and the overall experience at Trinoma Red Box. I will not comment on the videoke experience as they seem to have this down pat already. Now for the review.First the place is already old and badly maintained. We had to endure the construction and the scraps of wood panels and construction materials strewn across the place. The restroom is so bad that the closest comparison I can make is the comfort rooms at the caltex gas stations. The odor was so bad that you can smell it once you walk the corridors. The mens CR has tissue and pee all over the floor for the WHOLE 4 hours that we were there. We went for the gaga hour and 8-10 Buffet promo. Food was actually ok. However the quality of service is so so. There are times when the orders are missed and you have to follow up twice or thrice to get what you requested. In all fairness I think this is typical of videoke places on a saturday night. For the buffet the iced tea was so watered down it tasted like flavored water it would be best to just order softdrinks or beer to get your money's worth. Now heres the really worse part. When you make your orders for the buffet make sure you finish the food. Why? Because they have a strict no take home policy. While I typically understand that ALL buffets prohibits the practice of no take home, I treat this different becuase here the buffet mechanics is order all you can. Its problematic if you have leftovers and they dont allow you to take it home. Also it was quite unusual that they exaggerately overfill your subsequent orders filling the plates to the brim that well it actually encourages left overs. We addressed this to management a couple of times because we wanted to not have the leftovers put to waste. All theyve cited is that its in the policy. Finally one wait staff admitted to us is that they dont have left overs for take home because they give these leftovers to "contractors". Thats the reason also why they overfill your subsequent buffet orders so as to encourage leftovers for their "contractors". JUST BAD. REALLY BAD. :-(. Also dont expect to be given serving spoons when your food arrives. We were 13 in the room but all of us shared the plates using the same spoons we had. Finally dont bring cake when you are celebrating your birthday here as they charge a 500 peso corkage.Overall please STAY AWAY from this place. I pity the staff though but really the whole joint has to step up to meet the baseline customer expectations.A

A bit dissapointed with the karaoke per se, new songs were not minus one! Its a shame unlike what we experienced in Centerstage MOA. Plus I am not impressed with their sound system. The microphone sound sounds not great. However, staff were accommodating. Food was just fine.
