We've been to UP Town Center a lot of times already and we always see this restaurant. Now finally we were able to try it last sunday and it was really a good food and the price is also affordable. The ambiance of this place is pretty chill and it's very artsy. We ordered My Mami, Porqua Curry, Hala Ka!, Barcia's Strips, and Champosandro. For the drinks we ordered their dalandan juice. The taste of their Mami is kind of sweet. The meat that goes with it is really tender and the noodles is not overcooked, it was cooked perfectly. (This dish is really good for the people who have hangovers) Their Porqua Curry is one of the curry i've ever tried. It's really tasty and not that spicy. You can choose between white rice or brown rice that goes with your curry. The Hala Ka! dish is like a shawarma rice. It goes with a sauce. It's really good, the cabbage is fresh and the meat is juicy. The Barcia's Strips is basically fried pork strips. It's kind of sweet but it goes well with their vinegar. Lastly, my/our favorite, their CHAMPOSANDRO. We really liked it because it's not too sweet but you can taste the chocolate/tablea. It tastes better if you put the milk. I will definitely go back here for this dish. Once you tried their dalandan juice you'll know that it's real because it tastes like freshly squeezed. Their service is really good and fast. The crew are very friendly and accommodating. They will suggest some dish for you that is must-try for them.

Doc Sisig ⭐⭐⭐⭐Tapa de Morning ⭐⭐⭐⭐Dalandan Juice (bottle) ⭐⭐⭐⭐Their rice bowls are less than 200. Super nakakabusog kahit regular lang. Their white fried rice is super yummy! And they are served with eggs, scrambled or sunny side up (your choice). Their dalandan juice is not that sour. I had two glasses of it. Haha! For two people yung isang bottle nila. The staff are nice and friendly. Di ka mahihiya. 😊10/10 will come again!! 😋

Recovery Food is the staple "I'm drunk and I'm in dire need of food right now" selection after getting drinks in BGC. To cater to the needs of college students who are drunk on cheap booze, the Katipunan branch was born.Got to avail of the 1 + 1 (Php5) promo today, and I can say it's the most sulit thing since P8 burgers. No stampede too. Heh.

I think it is better to eat recovery food during breakfast ! Since they offered eggs, dried fish and etc.. the food is ordinary but taste good!

I have been a regular customer of Recovery Food since 2013. Late night video games would end up at RF in BGC at 2am or 3am regardless if it was raining or not. We would smoke and wait in line just to enjoy the food. Today, I ate breakfast with my sister, I ordered Full Recovery Tapa De Morning with scrambled eggs and aligue rice. My sister ordered regular PinaTUNA-Y with brown rice. It’s a nice restaurant with options when it comes to rice whether you are on a diet or not. Expect good food because for most people this stuff ain’t cheap. Full recovery would cost P260, half is at P180 for freaking tapa and egg. They no longer serve iced tea in a bottle, it is now per glass or bottomless. Regardless, the food is still good and I enjoyed it. It could have been a 4.5 had the rice been served sans the hardened bits. Service is at 4/5. Interior is 4/5. It’s nice and cold inside - ambience: 5/5..Do you get your money’s worth?! For me, yes! =)
