Accommodating staff especially Ms. Maica. Very nice place to spend time to eat and get acquainted to other people. Price are bit reasonable, ribs are so good. Come and visit Racks at Trinoma a definitely the best ribs in town.

We had our late lunch here yesterday. It’s our go-to place if we want to eat ribs. When we came only few were dining. Their service was great and fast. Staffs were accommodating too. We ordered for Gravy Fries, Beef Ribs and Premium Boneless Pork. As the restaurant’s ads says “Falls of the bone” , meat was really ‘falls of the bone’ and tender. I would just like to comment on their gravy, I didn’t like it that much. I think it had a lot of Flour in it. Maybe they should adjust and reduce the amount of flour in it. For its price, I guess it’s just right base on the serving size and the taste. Overall, our dining experience is great. :)

the food was great, service was fast and accommodating. the only thing that i didn't like were the potatoes. kind of too sour, like it had too much mustard or apple cider haha i dunno, it just lacked something for me

Me and my co-workers dined in at around 7:30pm. There was a long line because its mother’s day. Good thing the manager Gerald is very accommodating and always keeping us posted regarding our queue. And as soon as we got our seats, the attendants are fast, polite and accommodating in getting our orders and attending to our requests. Food came in on time despite the peak period. The food was excellent and the service as well. Worth the wait. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

But they served me with 2 gravy fries.The dish is affordable pero yung serving naman grabe ang dami ng rice at ang laki ng chicken. Yung Gravy Fries, skinny fries naman at masarap din pag dinip sa gravy.Staffs are very attentive and courteous.
