The go to default restaurant for your ribs craving as it is one of the earliest in the ribs scene.  The ribs are served in standard plate setting as any fast food service do.  Taste is on the slightly sweet side.  Price is slightly expensive.  Racks can be considered as an introduction to ribs dining.  You can then try out different ribs specialty restaurants to appreciate the difference.

We just shared an order of a half slab of their boneless ribs... This came with corn bread (or garlic bread) plus two regular sides... We got the potato salad and corn and carrots, then added a large order of gravy fries... Just right for two hungry people...😊Their original BBQ sauce is 😍! Oldie but goodie! I haven't been to a branch with inefficient or unfriendly staff... They are all well trained and happy to assist you. Service was fast!🙌🏻P.S.Just dust off the fries a bit, they shower it in salt! A few taps on the plate or dabs with a tissue and you are good to go! Spicy BBQ sauce isn’t for sissies!⭐️👍🏻

Orders were not correct. When i called the one who answered wasn't interested in fixing the problem. Kept on insiting that the orders were correct.

Racks Timog is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Had our Father's Day celeb-3 dads. N service was great. M big family enjoyed the food n service. Definitely going back.

Racks reputation for tender meats is undeniably good. Their fall off the bone dishes are awesome and will leave your taste buds wanting for more even if you're full. Customers usual complains on other restos who caters the Ribs and Steaks are the meats are hard to chew but here in Racks it is the oppositeI really like their Beef Ribs and Classic Pork Ribs. Both are tender but the meaty taste still intact even after long period of time to make it very very chewable. Their own BBQ Sauce with regular and spicy varieties are very good too making your meat (whatever it is you order) more special.  The southern style chicken is also good. Sides we've tried are Corn on the Cob, Mac and Cheese and Coleslaw. The Mac and Cheese is very good partner if you're eating meat. It compliment well with the strong meaty flavor while the Corn and Coleslaw makes your taste buds go back to neutral thus making you crave for more meat.What makes me give Racks a full 5/5 rating? Their Mississippi Mudpie! The best desert for me. Racks own mudpie is very addicting making us crave for it from time to time. We even go to other branches just to order a mudpie on multiple occasions. Overall, you can never regret spending on Racks, I would suggest you order their Southern Favourite Platter if you're going here for the first time.

One of the biggest branches I’ve been to with spacious parking lot. Just passed by for a meal while waiting for a friend of mine. I had their all day breakfast meal. Rib Flakes (Php 215) which also came with cup of coffee. It was ok a bit oily but still good.

We’ve been here a few times already but I was a bit disappointed this time. We went here to celebrate a birthday. We ordered:Racks Beef Ribs - it’s overcooked, there’s too much burnt area. :( it’s not as juicy as it was before. Racks classic pork ribs - it’s a plate full of pork ribs. Price is worth the quantity but they could still improve on the qualitySausage plate- they’re okay; they’re not superb but it’s worth a try.Garlic scampi pasta - this one i think stood out for me. I don’t like garlic but this one got the right amount of garlic. Caesar salad - i like this one too. The dressing is different from all the other basic caesar salad. Service was a bit slow :( but I’ll give Racks another chance next time :)

Food was okay in general. We ordered 2 plates each of classic Caesar Salad (not in photo), Spicy Garlic Wings, Garlic Scampi Pasta, and Kansas Style Babys for a group of 9 and there were still leftovers, so I guess serving size was okay too.My favorite would be the Spicy Garlic Wings which wasn't spicy at all 😅 I love soy so this was perfect for me. The ribs were tender, as one would expect. However, I would say that I wasn't a fan of their Garlic Scampi Pasta. I feel like it needed more garlic or some kind of spice because it tasted a little bland for me. The shrimp didn't taste like anything either. It had some good broccoli though.

While we’re checked-in at Hive Hotel we’re looking for a nice place to have our dinner. Good thing Racks is just near the hotel. This is the most spacious Racks resto that we’ve been to. Place is nice and servers are very accommodating. We ordered for Clam chowder, mushroom soup, fish & fries, carolina pork ribs and beef ribs. All of it tasted great. Meats are the usual fork tender and flavorful.

Last Sunday, I took the time to enjoy my food as it was not a full day of Christmas related activities. I went to one of Rack's branches and availed their latest offering this season, Honey Dijon Spareribs.  This new dish combines RACKS’ premium baby rib with a sweet touch of honey plus a flavorful boost from dijon mustard. It's good by itself, or you may add on any of Rack's barbecue sauces.  My order of full slab (Php 995), which is good for 2-2 hungry people, came with my choice of two side dishes. I opted for a balance, a comfort food French Fries and something healthy, with a side salad in berry vinaigrette. It also comes with a full set at Php 2,275.  RACKS’ Honey Dijon Babys will only be available for a limited time! Swing by your favorite RACKS branch now until January 8, 2019, to try it!
