We tried the full slab of their special ribs, I think it was just good for this holiday season and I liked it. I can't remember what it's called though. It comes with two side dishes and the serving size is decent. We were told that serving time takes about 15 mins but it was actually shorter so, that's a good thing. It may be a bit pricey for some.

It's my first time eating here and i'm not disappointment! Big thanks to miss chel the one who assisted us and offered a package including a racks club card. The card includes free onion bricks that is good for three person. the RCC pork ribs is also good. It grilled perfectly and juicy. 5 star overall!!

I can remember my dining experience here because this is my last day eating meat before I became a pescatarian... Service is awesome and food is good.. I love the flavour on their steak and chicken.. something that can be done better is the cook on the pasta, they can add some more flavour to it and improve the presentation... but overall, a good dining experience to celebrate my niece’s birthday...

The food, as i can still remember, was not as good as before years ago. The beef rib and sausage was hella dry, the pork rib was a bit tough, but the chicken was okay. We also ordered 2 side dishes. The first one was mac and cheese, which is not cheesy and creamy at all, 2 half-sliced corn, which also doesn’t taste good, and mashed potato. Overall, it was quite a bit unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope they improve their dishes like how we loved it several years ago.

✅This is not the first time i ate here, i must say it was always a good experience everytime i dine.✅The staffs are very accommodating and they give service with a smile.✅Our food served on time, hot and well plated. I would say they have the best ribs that so tender and it detached to the bone. The sides and drinks was good and refreshing.✅The place has a good ambiance, clean, more tables and couches for the customers.✅ Hoping that the blue plate promo will be permanently on their menu because it was affordable and at the same time it has lots of combination of food to choose from. Very yummy ribs that falls off the bone. Good serving too. Just enough for 2 people depending on your level of hunger. We were told that the rice was spicy but we didn’t think it was spicy at all. Cheesy broccoli was okay, I was a bit overwhelmed with the cheese (tasted like cheez whiz the sandwich spread) so I had to pair it with the meat. Meal bundle doesn’t include drinks so if you want juice or soda you have to order separately.

Has always gone to Racks to satisfy cravings for the ribs that they “used” to serve back when it was still owned by the previous company. For some reason, my past 2 visits has been less than worth the penny spent for a couple of reasons which has been consistent with both visits to SM Southmall and North Edsa branch recently. First would be, the pork and beef ribs. For some reason, these have become much bigger than before but a lot tougher to eat and has been very dry and rubbery. Unlike the Racks i remember before which had an average sized slab but was very easy to finish that you had to savor every piece of meat you can get from it. The ribs now however, is almost impossible for me to finish due to the latter. Another thing is the service water they serve, this has been the same for both branches so i would assume the same goes for the rest since these branches are in opposite ends of Metro Manila. The water has a certain “old” or “dirty” taste. You can smell it before you even get to taste that there is something wrong. I am assuming it could be the ice supplier that supplies ice made from bad water? Something management should hopefully look into. Servers though are very well trained and assertive. When asked though “How was your food Sir?” (Noticing that the food was barely finished) , its very hard to say whats wrong so id rather review it the best way i constructively can.

The ribs were quite disappointing for its price, it was almost rubbery and rough. Nothing like what was advertised. The service was nice though, people were polite and smiling so that was one redeeming thing.

I ordered a chicken and it tasted like Jollibee’s. I’m not even kidding. My parents didn’t like their orders too.It’s expensive too but it just wasn’t for us.
