Sorry i have to place this review on this branch as Qubiertos Pacita is not yet available on website. But i would only like to highlight (or should i say lowlight it) that this branch serves rotten pinakbet with bagnet - it really smells like the meat is rotting already. Also, the said pinakbet has an extra strand of steel sponge on it - just disgusting really. When we tried to complain it to the staff they were kind of downplaying it buy giving us a 10% discount on the bill. Are you kidding me? Just don't charge the whole price of the viand! I will never eat on this resto again!

I've been in this place only once but I intend to go back. They have a lot on their menu and I have read positive reviews about this place which makes me all the more want to go back. The first time I was there, since I am a beer lover, we tried their cebu lechon and chicharon bulaklak which were both good. But I have to say that my husband and I were both disappointed with their chicharon special because it was just like an ordinary chicharon which you can buy in sari-sari stores. But unlimited rice for only P25 is really something especially for big eaters. What makes this place special is the ambiance. They have "bahay kubos" in the area and gives a "promdi" feeling and privacy.I still give it a 3.5 even if I didn't get to taste the other bestsellers because I believe that if you have good appetizers then your main dishes should be just as good.Just a reminder, you might want to save P10 for the wet tissue. Once they serve your orders, make sure you let the waiter know you don't need one.

We were very excited to try this place for the first time because of their good beer bucket offer (370php for 6 bottles + 1 appetizer of choice) and their kubos (nipa huts) however when we got there at around 6pm on a Friday, all the kubos were already occupied. We waited for a while and luckily, a couple who were drinking in one of the kubos left immediately, so we requested to be seated there. The waiters saw that we were only two and told us that the kubos are good for 4-5pax--we even told them that we're still waiting for around 3 persons. There were the 3 of them, whispering crap to each other, showing their hesitancy in seating us in that kubo when the previous customers were also only two (A COUPLE, HELLO) plus there's also another kubo with just two customers in it which I pointed out and to which they pretended to not see/hear. After telling us their first excuse (that the kubos are good for 4-5pax), one of the three waiters left for a while and went back immediately saying that the kubo was then reserved. WOW!We left the place immediately and went to PORK BARREL instead. It's along Kalayaan Ave and they have kubos as well, which the waiters willingly offered to us as soon as we set foot on their entrance.

Went there last sunday for a family lunch with my sis in law from chicago.  We ordered their  good for 10 person promo.   We were 16 all in all the the food for 10 was enough for all of us.  Surprisingly, the  prize was really reasonable compared with other restaurants and the food was really good. Try their kare-kare and the cebu lechon and their pancit and their . . .everything!

It was a good eat with family. I would recommend their Bagoong Rice, Sinampalukang Manok, Pork Sisig and Enseladang Labanos at Pipino. They serve beers too.

The go-to place if we wanted beer with decent food that is budget friendly! Date nights don't need to be expensive nor fancy. They also serve desserts that are local delicacies.Oh yeah, and hello unli rice! And more space for parking. Good job!

Tucked away in Balara, within the MWSS compound, Qubiertos was a recent restaurant discovery of my parents. Ambiance was different; like a picnic site, setup in the middle of a garden, beside an old, dilapidated house. The weather was quite warm when we dined here and but we were lucky there was a bit of a breeze. Plus it helped greatly that there was a fan, blowing full-on in our faces. So it was fine, really 😂We ordered the Boneless Cebu Lechon, Laing, Chopseuy and Crispy Plapla. All complemented by unlimited rice for only PHP35 each. The orders were served fairly quickly, except for the fish as we ordered this late. We had to follow up a few times as all our dishes were almost finished and it was still not served. We also had to ask the lechon to be re-cooked, as some parts were still pinkish in color.Overall, the biggest opportunity area was the service, especially considering there were only a few customers to be served. The staff were crowded together in one area, barely hearing or seeing us (or pretending not to), when we called for their attention. In the end, the bill was almost as high as Mesa's, where food quality, ambiance and service were far much better. Needless to say, it was an average dining experience. And Qubiertos is not somewhere I'll be excited to eat at again soon.

The pulutan was great i love the crispy hito, lechon and the ribs. Every kubo had its on light and fan its a bit hot specially in the mid afternoon its a bit crowded inside the kubo because table dominates the area inside the kubo we where 6 persons in our group but to get a bigger kubo you must be a group of 8. Their beer and pulutan combo is unique you'll pay only php400 for bucket of 6 and pulutan that included baby back ribs, lechon and many more heavy meals not just the typical sisig or sizzling hotdog.

Good place to drink! Beer is really cheap. I liked sitting outside (it was cool enough). And the sisig is pretty good. My husband likes this just as an "inuman" kind of place. He says the "pulutan" is good - just like the sisig, but that I should try more. Apparently, he's been here plenty of times hahahaha So I'll probably come back :) for more beer and more snacks to munch on!
